QuoteGasLightStreet ... Great vocals from Mick. Where has this Mick been for the past how many years?? ... Mick's vocals have been nothing short of stellar in recent years, check out SuperHeavy, Eazy Sleazey, and even Blue & Lonesome.

Quoteliddas Am I the only one who spent hours trying to remove THE sticker without tearing the cover? C My stickers remain intact! A dude on my floor removed his so I got to see what it looked like underneath. As for the album, a nice one, the only track I have never loved is Too Much Blood. The beat & horns give it sort of a spanish party song vibe. Fingerprint File is more my cup of tea

Never liked it, never will! And I certainly can't imagine listening to all those mixes of it (even though I did download all, such as Art Collins, etc.). It could have been on Dirty Work.

It's a damn solid album, that seems to be the consensus! But how about props to Mick (& Keith) for overall amazing vocals & lyrics! Superb throughout the entire album!

QuoteSilver Dagger It has a No Expectations vibe but there's a lift oddly, from Short And Curlies. Anyone else heard that? Didn't think they'd ever come close to No Expectations again, but this is close! It's dreamy!

Wow I love this one more & more each listen! It reminds me a bit of Sweet Thing (which I also have always loved) but even better!

Quotetreaclefingers If there's one contribution that's standout from Andrew Watt on the album, (and there's many of course), it's getting Paul McCartney to play the fuzz bass guitar. I do agree, the 'fuzz' is very cool, but I think Paul McC did that on his own. Not 100% where I heard that, I think it was Ronnie's interview on Fallon.

QuotePaintMonkeyManBlack ABB aged very badly for me. Also it is way less diverse than HD while having significant more songs. ... However, ask me again in 18 years for a fair view. How is that fair? That would give you 36 years of Bigger Bang vs. only 18 years of HD!

Quotenoughties A grower, and one of the best tracks on the album. It flows so well (the album too). The snippet a while back didn`t tell much of how great it is. Yes! It was the one I probably liked least on first listen but could be one of the best!

There is a Tell Me Straight version w/ Mick on vocals, as Keith confirmed on Howard Stern ... maybe one day we'll get to hear it, a la You Got The Silver.

Quoteshawnriffhard1 QuoteLeonidP . Count Ins ... I love them, don't think the Stones did that before, not included on official releases anyway (yes, I am sure I'll be corrected of that one) - but we have 3 in the same album! QuoteLeonidP Sway has "1,2,3,4" See, I was right! ... in that I would be corrected. Thanks!

Okay, I've had over 10 listens by now, and just updating my day 1 review, with an added UPDATE after each section/track: 2 listens in so far, and pretty sure I like them all! Many seem to be expressing surprise, but based on recent output it's about what I expected... Keith's X-eyed Heart, Mick's Eazy Sleazy, and Doom & Gloom and Ghost Town ... all very good, imo.

I'm curious why so many choose to pre-order ... at best you might get it one day early but most times I see these delays. Do you really not have a store conveniently close by to purchase from? Or is there another reason to pre-order?

Quotetreaclefingers QuoteLeonidP I'm enjoying the new album so much. Could it crack my top 5? I would have never thought that possible. Blue and Lonesome came close and Hackney Diamonds is even closer. This will need some reflection Ah the euphoria of a new album! You definitely have to give it a bit more time I think, but I will say this. There isn't a newly released album in my

QuoteGJB I am afraid this also gets my vote as weakest song of the album. Not bad, its no sweet neo con, its just middling. I felt the same on 1st listen... but after a couple more, I've come around, to me it's great! It's the one that keeps playing in my head!
