QuoteSweetThing Yes, all fine albums, but maybe time for people to give a listen to Ron Woods Gimme Some Neck again. It does seem forgotten. And, its quite good.. I love it! The problem w/ it though is that most of the songs seem to have the same sound, vibe, beat. Still it has some of my favorite Ronnie tunes, Worry No More, We All Get Old, Buried Alive, Come To Realize.

QuoteLuxuryStones Quoteslewan not bad, but to me it sounds rather like a working version… I wonder how many people will prefer this version to in original version – with two years distance…? If this alternate version was the first release, and the original the alternate, you could ask the same. It's all about "brainwashing" yourself. Eggzactly ... like the many that brainwash

One of the bootleg tracks that never stood out for me from those early sessions, I'll have to give it another listen when I'm able to see if anything has changed.

Quotestones2000 Man, I think the version of Wild Horses from "Stripped" is just amazing. Keith and Ronnie's beautiful guitar weaving sounds so nice on this version, and Mick's voice is just spot on here. Anyone else love Stripped? I like Stripped ... not love. The main issues: 1) the original regular versions are significantly better than the Stripped versions, and 2) it w

I'd go w/ Black Girls just wanna get F'd all night. I recall, I was just into the Stones, and Garret Morris of SNL was doing a skit where he was pretending to be a black rights leader, on a news station ... can't remember it verbatim but it was something like: "I have an issue Mr. Jagger with your choice of lyrics in a song, referring to women of color that want to have

None! Haven't truly seen them since '94 tour. Only went in '99 as a friend/coworker never saw them before so I went with him. I'm on my own personal live Stones protest, as the sound is now dominated by horn section and vegas-like backup singers ... it's not hearing the Stones to me anymore.

Quotemickschix SERIOUSLY? You'd actually ask that question? Keith HAS no voice. Seems more likely that you have no ears.

Quotestones2000 Quotebackstreetboy1 i think you need a hearing aid. I know Keith's voice has worn a bit over the years, but I'm more referring to the 60s-90s. I know Mick is obviously the lead singer, and his voice is amazing. I just think Keith has a softer voice. Just my opinion Spot on, pass the hearing aid onto Backstreet, he needs it far more than you.

There is 'Heavy Metal' , and then there is what many refer to as 'Heavy', which is often used to describe bands like Soundgarden or Alice In Chains. I think many are picking songs that are 'fast', and agreed, it is being picky, but still, 'fast' does not mean 'heavy' in rock terms. Hold Back and Fight are examples of 'fast' songs bu

QuoteSilver Dagger Take It Or Leave It is a deceptively fabulous piece of pop music writing with a nursery rhyme simplicity that belies the greatness of its melody. I'll go along with that, I really like this track!

QuoteNikkei QuoteShantipole I must be the only person that absolutely loves "Too Tight." Great up-tempo track. you're not alone, i also find it great. especially "i wrote that f*cking book" Yes, not sure what that comment came from, I haven't seen hate for Too Tight ... It's a great tune, and of course has that great line!

Quotemitch Is it a joke? You are asking advices for an album you can buy for $3 on ebay or amazon! Buy it and write us your review instead waisting your time asking what to do. LOL, i was thinking the same thing. People really still overpay for albums these days? I use ebay/amazon, and often find albums still new/shrinkwrapped for $3, and I'm sure i could find both voodoo and bridges fo
