So you invested 1000 bucks...shame on you. As much as I have loved the Stones since the late 60's, I would never spend that kind of dough to see them these days. I prefer to live on the memories of what was once the greatest rock n roll band in the world.

Partied with Jackson Browne...very nice, gracious guy...way back in '74. Also met Stephen Stills. He was an @#$%& in the first degree. Had a drink and a chat with Judy Collins..she was very nice. And I met Charlton Heston in a drugstore when I was a kid. He bought me and my buddies a phosphate at the counter.

agree with noughties...most of ABB is CRAP. And they haven't made a really good album since Some Girls, tho TY was pretty good. Up until this past year there wasn't a better live band, but I don't think that's the case anymore. Still love 'em tho.

I saw Roy several times in concert in the 70's and just before he died in late 80's. While an excellent guitar player, I don't think he was a good fit in a band like the Stones.

Hawaii will most likely lose to the Dawgs, but not by 4 td's. They will surprise alot of people I think. The Fiesta Bowl holds the true championship game, West Va vs Oklahoma.

I was 13 yrs old when I picked Let It Bleed in 1970 at a local drugstore. Slapped it on the turntable and was mesmorised by GS and the rest of the album. Think I went thru 4 copies of the vinyl...wish I had saved my original!
