Another update. Now there is almost complete film of "Roll over Beethoven" from Paris. The exact date is September 24, 1970. The silent footage surfaced only recently.

Thomas, thank you for posting a link to my production There is a thread i made about this film recently - While the whole Essen film lasts about 10 minutes, "Dead Flowers" seems to be the longest song there. "Sympathy for the devil" from this film is also about 1.5 minutes, but only the ending solos of the song are captured. Other songs are even shorter. By the way

Thank you for appreciation! As you see the transfer is not the best one, but it is one of the better films from this tour.

Yes, the average speed is different, but i tried to take this into account. I found a photo which is labeled Essen 1970 - Mick's and Charlie's clothes seem to match the ones from the film. Not sure about Keith and Mick Taylor. I did a similar sync to JJF, Sympathy and Dead Flowers. Expect the links soon. These will be longer

I decided to sync some silent films shot during the 1970 tour. "Dead Flowers" - this is from Essen "Roll Over Beethoven" - this is from Paris, almost complete performance, missing only are the third verse and the middle bridge. "Jumpin' Jack Flash" - almost complete song with Mick and Keith sining the chorus in One Microphone. Ought to be seen Two

I've checked. There is no mention of the CD-single containing "Bitch", "All down the line" and "Beast of Burden".

I already have this limited edition, but without 3-song bonus CD. I bought the set before this bonus CD was announced.

I wanted to order a 3-song bonus CD of "Sweet summer sun" Japanese edition, but the Ward records site refuses it to send outside Japan. Is there anyone in Japan here who can collect it on my behalf and send it to me? Prize is guaranteed

Does anyone know - what the source for these complete performances is? Was there any new DVD edition of the 1969 Hyde Park show besides the common one with these songs incomplete?

Looks like the video of the first Paris 1970 show - the one that was broadcasted on radio. I just tried to sync JJF and it matched perfectly.

According to this site (http://www.moma.org/visit/calendar/film_screenings/16615), there was a screening of so-called Archival footage of The Bach Choir recording session for “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” lasting 6 minutes (with Mick conducting the choir) Just wonder if any have been to this event.

QuoteHis Majesty There is live footage of them with page on bass and of course there is the incomplete 2 tracks from Glasgow 1966 featuring page and beck on guitar. There's photos from other gigs, just hard to track down. I doubt they blew the stones off stage because the stones generated so much energy and excitement and there interesting musical highlights too like lady Jane etc.

I received a copy myself yesterday. Yes, it uses real audio with Mick's live vocals, but the picture doesn't seem to be restored. The "Best of Frost" documentary that i used to make my edit had a better a picture with less artifacts, although it was only about one minute By the way there is another highlight on this DVD set - John Lennon singing "Hey Jude" durin
