It seems Rapidshare has "listened and acted" to a ton of negative feedback about their change. Is only one account type now, "RapidPro". The rapids stay and I don´t know whether the reward thing is back.

The mail I got from them sure got me confused. It actually made me really think hard about what they tried to explain. Never a good thing. Have liked Rapidshare in the past, but like all of the above, this is probably a convenient exit point for me too.

Well I always listen to atleast one Exile track every day to/from work, and that has not changed much. I was very pleased about getting the Stones in Exile DVD this week as this prolonged the Exile "onslaught" for me. Listening to the different versions of Ventilator Blues on the DVD even got me more interrested in the album. So....no, Exile will live...and continue to shine. No PR stun

QuoteSKILLS So many studio outtakes of indiscriminate talk are utilised, "Late again Richards"....."I don't envy you when grow up and have to go to work for a living" Really liked the doc, great having those CS Blues moments in nice quality and some great other moments in the docu too. Funny watching Bill in the extras. Priceless facial expressions. However, those

Just got hooked on the Who again after several years. Looking for a good the Who biography, preferrably one that has at least a little focus on the music. Any suggestions? RB

My best "Exile" memory was finding a "lost" track. You see, I was given the LP when I was about thirteen years old. And for me, it was an enormous inconvenience to run up to the living room and put on the headphones each time I wanted to listen to the record. So I did what everybody else did in those days, I copied it to a tape and stuck it in my yellow clumpy Walkman and t

Quoteskipstone That would be a fun thread, a sort of history of their recording techniques over the years. Agree! Loved that Don Was interview that gave us a glimpse into the recording process. Remembered those old articles about the recordings in Paris and all that. Interresting stuff all of it. Would be great with more!

Quotedcba "Is it possible to buy photos on the exhibition?" Sure! they're pretty big (60x80cm or more) & very-well printed. They're also stamped and signed by DT and limited (editions o 15 or 25 cannot remember). And do we know the prices? Ballpark figure will do

Don Was mentions in the NPR interview that "Following..." had another title when he found the 6 minute version. Do we have any info on what it was called? BTW, I like it a lot.

Through an fortunate mishap one of my speakers was out during my first runthrough of the alternate take on Soul Survivor, leading me to think Hopkins pianopart in the outro was missing. Thus all I heard in the breakdown section was a soft strumming of an guitar before Keith reintroduses the riff. WOW! It almost KILLED me! Such a marvelous sound. Without the vocals its really much easier to appre
