Ronnie Wood said on his radio show they wrote it together. Mac wrote in the liner notes of the Faces boxset that Wood and Lane wrote it in teamwork. All the brackets (Ooh La La-album, Faces-boxset, Far East Man-DVD) say (Lane/Wood) or (Wood/Lane). And most notably: Input of both Ronnies is evident on the finished song. Why is there still a question? N

On his radio show (show # 78) Ronnie Wood said that he wrote Ooh La La together with Ronnie Lane at Ronnie & Sue Lane's flat near Richmond Bridge. So I guess they wrote the music together and Ronnie Lane did the bulk of the words. N

Although the guitars are mixed out, I think this version would have been a better choice for inclusion on the bonus disc than the remix of the 1993-version. N

Looks like Bill Wyman/Sirius XM is copying the Ronnie Wood Radio Show: The Sirius press release reads like this: NEW YORK, Nov. 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Sirius XM Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) announced today that legendary bassist Bill Wyman will host a three-part music series beginning Thursday, November 17. The Bill Wyman Show will feature the former Rolling Stones bass player selecting hi

>Keith didn't say that... Oops, you are probably right. I'm sorry. First of all, it was on BBC Classic Albums (aired May 27, 1989). And the quote was like that: "I had very little to do with that except playing on it. Mick virtually wrote that song ... and I thought it was a little long... and I play the slide guitar and maybe the acoustic as well" At last he mumble

I always assumed that Chainsaw Rocker is a reference to that spoken line in Too Much Blood. The Ramones-theory is not bad either, but one way or another - I'm sure that Chainsaw Rocker is not the title of this outtake. N

The title Chainsaw Rocker is a bootlegger's invention. Cookin' Up is more likely but doubtful as well. My best bet is that the title is Stop That. N

>Ned, do you have a linnk or a title for the circulating video for 1990-08-16 Gelsenkirchen? It's a private video, so there won't be a title for it. I'm sure that no label ever bothered to release it on DVD, as the quality won't match their standards. N

>Does anyone have the complete show for: >1990-08-16 Gelsenkirchen >??? Ever considered to take the missing song from the soundtrack of the private video? The sound quality is not top-notch, but RAAHP is on it in its entirety. N
