QuoteRollingFreak Brian sounds great on that. He should do more of that kind of singing instead of trying to reach back into his youth for AC/DC stuff he can't really pull off anymore. Still has a voice, just has to be in the right range for the right thing. this recording is part of a new Slash album featuring blues covers here's the official video of Killing Floor =>

QuoteTopi The meet and greet is just a photo op that lasts about 15 seconds. You can't really even "greet" them. You're not allowed to talk to them from what I gather. winner: 'Hi Mick, how…' Security guy: 'sorry, your time is over. Next please…'

QuoteMuddyw Well, with the exception of Mocambo there is no hope on a decent, well mixed and produced live album release. There is really something completely off on the sound and production, based on the samples on QoBuz. If you listen to Thru and Thru, the backup vox sound terrible (not the singing, only the sound), and the guitar by Keith sounds really recorded through an old radio without

a few impression after I watched maybe the half of it. - it's amazing how young everybody looks (except for Neil Young who is shown in the audience right at the beginning and who looks quite old) - Hand of Fate – seems like there is a shortage of power somewhere in the middle… where's the energy the song requires? - a lot of posing by our guitar heros, less playing though… -

QuoteNashvilleBlues Playing at the tiny Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville March 26-27!!! I'm going both nights! $111 for GA? Hell yes!! tickets for GA shows are often surpringly cheap. Port Chester in 2021 was just $89 (plus fees) while I paid some 250 Euros to see him in Granada last year

QuoteMelBelli Quoteslewan the booklet says Ronnie Wood on guitar and keyboards(!) (I guess the 'keyboards' is pedal steel…) I think he played keys on “You Don’t Have to Mean It.” I didn't know/never heard about it

QuoteMathijs On several Licks shows I noticed they had a habit of smoking big joints before or during the show. At Vredenburg Keith smoked a big joint on stage (considered quite childish in The Netherlands...), and 10 minutes later he was completely out of it, hardly being able to play guitar. At Olympia you could see Wood smoke a joint backstage, and he was just completely out of it during the

Quotebuffalo7478 I am really hoping they add several songs from Hackney Diamonds to their setlists for the upcoming tour. I am doubting they can handle a 24-25 song show anymore, and will have to replace some regulars. My pick: Add: Angry (not my fave song from the record, but it's the single) Sweet Sounds Of Heaven Tell Me Straight (Keef needs something new) Bite My Head Off Rep

QuoteWuudy Quoteslewan sounds much like Lou Reed in his later years. Thus not very original… Well, it is a cover so by definition not original. Same goes for their early work but doesn't mean it is not great to listen to. I ment 'not very original' in the sense that Keith doesn't add or change anything significant. He just does the song like Lou Reed used to do it.

Quotemosthigh Hope he still does some theatre shows on the West Coast. you should give up hope. There's simply no time frame for theatre shows on the West Coast. The summer tour(s) will be the Outlaw shows which run until mid September and in (later) fall it's rather likely that he'll tour Europe instead of doing another US tour

Quoteroobar58 Would that signify the end of the 2021-2024 Rough And Rowdy Ways world tour? good question! Still my guess is that Dylan will be modifying his setlist during the Nelson etc. tour by adding some greatest hits stuff but switch back to his usual setlist after the Nelson tour is over – just like he did at the Desert Trip and on open air shows in Europe in 2015

QuoteIrix Quotehockenheim95 I think the rumoured shows in Dresden and Hannover will be announced If they're selling good. Seems there's strong demand (despite the new lineup). yeah, it's quite amazing that the sold out all original announced German shows within a few hours. The additional shows in Dresden and Hannover already went on sale a few hours ago. (I guess mos

QuoteDoc Quoteslewan QuoteDoc Playing Paris by mid-August... Fu**ing Olympics Marseille or Nice would have been a better option IMHO the Olympics end two days before the ACDC show… I know but the people from Paris will probably still be away. The city usually is empty in that period. well, their problem… (there will be enough tourists to buy tickets)

Quotepetewasbristol I'm stunned there is no Scotland date. My only guess is that if all goes well with this tour (and North America, Australia etc) then they may be back for Scotland and Scandinavia in 2025. the simple reason is: Scotland is not a part of Germany

QuoteIrix Quotehockenheim95 I think the rumoured shows in Dresden and Hannover will be announced If they're selling good. Probably - but it could be difficult with the new lineup. I guess some 40% of the concert goers won't realize that the line-up has changed until the band comes on stage (another 40% won't have realized it by the time the band was left the stage)

QuoteGasLightStreet Quoteslewan the Stones should get rid of the cheap looking and concert goer unfriendly Sixty stage and return to the No Filter stage I never understood that. It was a huge reverse in technology. Perhaps things just weren't available - or, were not affordable enough. the problem was that the Sixty stage turned a lot of spots in the stadium into restricted view spots. T

QuoteTravelinMan Quotedcba QuoteStoneage But I guess his motivation to leave were on other grounds. It certainly was not the issue of not being credited for songs he co-wrote, otherwise he would have left in 71, after looking at the sleeve of Sticky Fingers and noticing MMile was officially a MJ/KR song. Nah I think that in 74 MT thought he needed another vehicule/band to convey his huge
