If you watch it closing, I think Waiting on a friend was planned for later on in the set and when it was picked they all had a good laugh because Josh Redman wasn't ready to play. It took him awhle to get on stage.I'll have to watch it again.

I was in Manny's music in NYC on Tuesday and ran into Eddie Vedder he told me he was in Hawaii and did some work with Ronnie for the album. I have met him before and he is very cordial and in my opinion a good guy.

You better hitch a trailer to your car so you have somewhere to put your gas money!!!! Seriously, I've driven from NY to CA on I80 . It's pretty straight forward.Also RV'd from NY thru the Blue ridge mountains into Nashville then Memphis and back.If you have time the only suggestion i would make is to take it slow and enjoy the sights and the people. AS far as Perry Baggs he doesn't tour with them anymore. They have a new drummer. Jeff Johnson the original bass player is no longer in the band either. Still should be great shows.Both ken fox and Andy york were at the Perry benefit in Nashville. Andy york has been in john mellencamp's band for a number of years.Dan Baird from the georgia satellites also was a guest. Check out youtube

I am a big fan. Have all their albums even a 45rpm which pre dates "Fervor"Have seen them live many times. Most recently in Nashville for a benefit for Perry Baggs their drummer. Jason tours solo now and also has an alto ego "Farmer Jason"which is a children's character.The scorchers are agreat live band second only to you know who!!!!!
