Another thought on the subject. I think a concert next year would be better all round give them time to recharge their batteries, and Us something to look forward to. Also will be easier for them to get the crew together. You never know this may persuade them to also do a a few select concerts without all the usual trimmings.

I think to make any approach the money to pay for the concert would have to be put up front in a bank account of someone we all trust. I would be happy to go to a small venu . By small I mean the likes of Edinburgh playhouse capacity 3056. You dont have to be in the front Row in a Theatre of that size the view from everywhere is very good. Would love to see them in the Paradiso Adam. Then the lower floor is all standing and the Balcony also has a good view for those that cannot stand all night.

Re Göteborg are you sure they will deliver any. Did not buy the Hot tickets off the fanclub but ticknet.se does not deliver any Stones tickets outside Sweden. Reviews of this Hotel dont look very good and one comment in particular about a lot of traffic noise in the rooms on the 5th floor makes me think sound proofing is not what it should be. May be some lucky people will get to hear if not watch the show.

From these pictures above the Front row of seats is way too far back from the barrier or the barrier is too far forward, which ever poor lay out plan by the organiser or stadium . In Glasgow there were people in our places when we arrived but they moved no problem. I am pretty sure the seats were much closer to the barrier than the gap in the above pic from paul. Some of the reviews on tripadvisor are pretty dire on the whole for that hotel. The prices they charge £340 per night for the cheapest room threadbare towels and €11 for a beer + €20 for a Pizza which took them approx 1 Hour to serve Lol would not be me staying there.
