QuoteJackda Quotekeefriffhards QuoteJackda Quotekeefriffhards Quoteretired_dog Quotekeefriffhards A more honest down to earth review from a guy who actually knows this band/music and their potential. You were riding this Pitchfork review already from page 5 onwards in this thread, why do you bring it up again? Just because it's the rare or even the only one that supports your negativity

Quotekeefriffhards A more honest down to earth review from a guy who actually knows this band/music and their potential. So all the other reviews haven’t been honest?? Oh my, so I have been fooled, can’t believe this.

Quote2120Joe I saw a Dylan show about two weeks ago, Sun Oct 8, in Chicago. He and the band sounded as good as ever. Very talented group. I’m sure if you are a Dylan fan you would have loved the show. I love some Dylan songs but he did not play any that I knew and those songs I do know such as Multitudes was played in an unrecognizable way. The venue stopped selling beer a half hour after the s

Quotejackflash27 Quotebv Quotejackflash27 Who designed this? Come on, this could have been so much better. A short lyric (“it’s only’rock ‘n roll” for instance) would be much more esthetic. Thisbisbjust too easy. It is marketing. THe tonue is the brand, and the jersey is FC Barcelona. You can not change the jersey, and you can not take away the tongye. I think it is brilliant. Of course it’s

Quotekeefriffhards QuoteTheBlockbuster Quotekeefriffhards Mick's voice is actually manufactured in the studio, he doesn't sound anything like the same live. There's a big difference between performing a 2 hour concert and recording in the studio. Mick probably records a few lines and then rests for half an hour before singing the next part. In concert he has to be very

Quotekeefriffhards Retired_dog, did you not like the 60s and 70s when Mick and Keith did harmonies and backing vocals together in the studio and live performances, does it not still work today live on the odd occasion they play Ruby Tuesday, Memory Motel etc. I wonder did Keith relegate himself from Studio and live harmonies etc. Sure Keith does get the odd oppertunity but not so much, just

QuoteBFR I can’t believe how many people are scandalized by this video on a Rolling Stones fan forum The Stones are known for being overtly sexual in every way from their lyrics, to Mick’s on stage wardrobe and dance moves (to say nothing of his numerous sexual dalliances!!!), to the long line of women who have danced on stage and in their videos…everything about them is sexy! Hell, their emblem

Some people posting here seem to have things that have crawled into their orifices that are making them uncomfortable enough to bitch on the day a new stones album and single are announced to great f

Lots of artist that are crap sell out stadiums and sell craploads of albums. Doesn't mean it is quality. Most people seem to go with the flow and "like" what you're supposed to. For me Taylor Swift have one good record and that is Ryan Adams version of it.

Quoteschwonek QuoteStoneage When did the music of The Rolling Stones lose its relevance to mainstream culture? I mean when did the new music of the Rolling Stones start to lose its grip on the mainstream audience? Ehm. 12.000.000 views for a new song (just) on YT - I think that is relevance. Relevance that 12 000 000 choose to look and listen to crap?

Quotelem motlow QuoteMr. Jimi I love the winos, saw them twice in boston. In 1988 and this show! I often wonder when keith was contemplating the group sound, rythmn and lead guitar attack, Did he ever think of perhaps bringing in Mick Tayolr instead of waddy. Wonder if it crossed his mind or perhaps the lineup organically developed. Anyone have any insight into his vision of the band'

Quoteyorkshirestone QuoteDGA35 Quotecrholmstrom QuoteElmo Lewis IMHO, Working On The Highway is one of his worst songs (and, yes, there are some other bad ones, too). Born in the USA is far from my favorite Bruce record. The on that grates on my nerves is Bobby Jean. Conversely, I love Bobby Jean! His farewell to Miami Steve. Each to their own - born in the USA my favourite Bruce album and

QuoteTaylor1 Everyone has their own taste, but this is not even one of their grea 75 songs. It’s disjointed with silly vocals As you said, everyone has their taste, so you can’t say that it is not one of their great songs from 75, just that it is your opinion. I think it is great but that is just my opinion.

Quotelem motlow It’s a bit unsettling to see Joe playing just OK. The unspoken truth of the last 25 or 30 years of rock and roll is the disciples have been surpassing the masters for a long, long time. To think Joe Perry was not a better guitar player than Jimmy Page or Eric Clapton since at least the mid-80s is almost comical. To think those sorry self parody Keith Richards solo albums were
