On May 30th, 1990, there was the Rolling Stones on Fox TV simulcast on FM radio with most of the songs from the original Pay Per view show from Atlantic City December 19th, 1989, now officially released. This Fox show was the show that included the 3-D segment, with some songs apparently from Japan 1990 and not Atlantic City 1989. The 3-D glasses were available at convenient stores for 79 cents.

Not sure if it’s been discussed before, but the long available outtake from The Goats Head Soup sessions era , “You Should Have Seen Her Ass”, appears to have the phrase “All the Rage ” in it. The vocals are low, but perhaps with adjusted or newly sung lyrics, this is the 3rd unreleased track from the forthcoming release.

Quotegotdablouse Quotedeardoctortake1 A re work of Hold On You? from Voodoo Lounge outtakes Yes I pointed that out before but that song is called "Ivy League" (as per the vocal version on Voodoo Stew) and not "Hold On You", that error is due to a song separation problem on the original "Voodoo Brew". Mick's "Hide Away" and "Lucky Day" are

As we all stay locked away around the world for the time being, I thought I’d invite everyone to take a virtual museum tour of my Rolling Stones collection to pass the time away. As of now there’s 5 videos, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and bootleg vinyl. I’m sure many of us have collections or items to share while we are confined home, I’d love to see them too. Enjoy and stay well!! Larry . 60s

I just finished reading Ronnie Schneider's book, "Out Of Our Heads, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and Me" 2017 available on amazon It's a must read for any Stones fan It was fascinating , interesting, and very well written , I enjoyed it very much. The detail and recollection of events and accounts put me on the tours with Ronnie and the band. . The average R

I’ve sat behind the stage and on the side of the stage for many stones concerts Of course there’s no back stage band What you see is Pierre tuning guitars, or other backstage personnel preparing guitars, jackets etc Guest musicians waiting for their entrance guitar in hand Here’s some footage , including backstage, that I shot during the Stones at the Prudential Center in Newark NJ Decembe

Ron That photo of you near Mick seems to be right about the time someone punched Mick Jagger as he made his way toward the trailer. The punch was not caught on film until a few seconds after. Can you shed some light on the circumstances of this incident? And thanks for the info and insight and facts about this event. Larry

This is a great thread. My first bootleg via mail order was the 3LP set Red White and Blue vinyl from the 75 tour from LA. I received it in early 1977. Great audience quality , one of the best audience recordings in my opinion, although at first listen in 1977, based on ya yas quality as the only real live recording available at the time, I was initially disappointed. I soon followed with Esso

QuoteChrisM42 There are complete soundboard reels of the MSG '69 shows and Altamont. Yes perhaps audio, but not complete video of Altamont or MSG Altamont soundboard audio exists of the whole Altamont show with all groups according to the Maysles Institute. The Stones recorded the MSG audio and gave some audio reels to Maysles to use with his filming, according to the Institute.

Quotebleedingman Wish there was a boot of Blackpool1964. Supposedly the Maysles estate has a full MSG and Altamont filmed. Hopefully our great-grandchildren will get to see them. Before his passing, Albert and his production staff confirmed The Rolling Stones at Altamont was partially filmed, some tapes were damaged. He did have a Shidoobee film showing 10 years ago of an MSG 69 concer
