Bridges has better songs and better production. And more time spent on it also is my guess. Things I don't like about BTB is the ugly artwork, and the title. Blessed Poison is better for a title. The record sounds warm to my ears, anyway. Not every track is great though.

Great band, excellent interpretations of song from Neil Young,etc. Saw them in Amsterdam this year,probably the best r&r gigs I've seen for the last 5 years. Great guitarist (Marc Ford), great Bassplayer (Sven Peppin) great drumming also! One of the best r&r bands (when they have a good night)
