Before going to presale link you got a code for this show? (You also get it by email.) And you copy the code eaxctly as you got it? Hmmm... I´m not sitting by your computer, but one option is that you start the whole prosess from the very beginning in other words go to rs.com>tickets etc. That MIGHT work. If you haven´t used it to another show make sure when you copy/paste it to the ticket website it´s copied the right way. Some people had there extra space and the code wasn´t copied as it really is. This might be a solution.

when you paste/copy the code you sometimes get "extra 000". This happaned to my friend with Bergen. This MIGHT be the reason for you problem????

Dutch people know details for sure better than me, but as far as I know though Holland is small by size Amsterdam is not the only market in the country. Playin for example Arnhem (I think is the place) they will play another market/people than Amsterdam.

What kind of code you had? Pre or after 10/may? Did he try with the code you were given when you joined? The only problem I had was that for during the first 10-15 minutes the Ticnet website told me "sold out". Suddenly after quite a lot of refreshing it started to work and I got tickets. I hope everything will be ok.
