my wholehearted recommendation to out of towners would be to visit Manzes Pie & Mash shop on the Tower Bridge Road. Double pie, double mash, side order of eels & a mug of tea. Proper & decent English food.

the new Eel Pie Museum which has relocated to a great,new, permanent home should be on your 'to do' list if visiting Twickenham. However, currently, the museum is only open to the public from Thursdays to sundays. To that effect I have been in contact with the establishments owners & have asked them id there is a possibility they will open their doors to you all on Tuesday 19

had the honour of seeing him at a couple of gigs of his over the last 10 years. So very, very funny. I laughed like a drain.
