I forgot just how awful this track is. The only tracks I listen to from this album are One Hit, Too Rude, Dirty Work and Had it With You.

Here is a link to the Sympathy multitracks. I found them floating around the interwebs and they are in mp3. 6 separate tracks, very cool

QuoteJustin I think it'd be hard for them to do whatever they wanted when the principle songwriters of the band are at two opposite ends of the spectrum: Keith likes straight rock and blues while Mick has moved on to Pop. Mick only writes "rock" songs" when he's in the Stones. Mick seems like he's got nothing interesting to say anymore within the confines of t

Has anyone seen the movie? I have and it's really good. Dave's comment was a little weird cause he made it personal, that's all.

I found the multitracks for PIB floating around on the net, these are a little different because the Rcokband game broke the song up into only 3 tracks. Only the bass is by itself on a single track. The tracks are .ogg files so you will be able to play them individually. I made a remix of these, sounds different than anything you've ever heard.

Would love to hear them do either song. Mick's version of Mother at Webster Hall is good but I think the Stones could do better.

He did some great work with Motorhead on 2 albums in the late 70's and Primal Scream on a few songs in the early 90's. I also know he did some poor work with Johnny Thunders which is too bad and a Plasmatics album. Primal Scream came close to that legendary Stonesy sound.

That was a pretty stupid thing to say, made him sound a little ignorant since his image is all around rock and roll nice guy

Primal Scream, which has a few Stones like numbers and had Jimmy Miller produce them. Any Stones fan would probably like their album Give Out But Don't Give Up. Their music is so varied but that is the most Stonesy of their albums.

Here is the Gimme Shelter multitrack (MOGG) file. You will need something like Audacity to open it. It's pretty cool to play around with and make your own remix or just to listen to. I think someone on Tell Me was asking for it. And here is also a little remix I made, it's not for everybody so if you don't like it don't listen to it but if you do like it you can clic

QuoteAmused New Orleans jazz festival... I wonder what percent of jazz bands are in overall lineup... not funny ;^) There is a wide variety of music throughout the entire city, it's truely amazing. At the race grounds the jazz is usually limited to the jazz tent but there is so much going on you will want to explore. There must be something in the water there because the talent pool is

Quotehedegaard This is no insult - you did your best, and thanx for that! In my ears its just a LOT of delay and eccos- better luck next time! cheers Bo Well I thought it was cool and other people do too so I guess it's not for everyone. I did it as a goof and I thought I'd share it. It's sorta in a dub reggae style with piano going right through the entire thing.

I think it's Nicky Hopkins on the piano but I always wondered what it would be like with some serious piano/dub effects. Gotta love those rockband extractions. Check out the Beatles dub remixes on soundclould also. Not your usual remix crap

Mick is a true artist, he can do anything and he does. Listen to Wandering Spirit, it is pure rock and roll. He did the Blues album with the Red Devils. He's been there and done that oh and by the way he has a little side band called the Stones. He is a class act, there will never be anyone like him. Keith on the other hand is a cartoon, a caricature of of himself. He does whatever

QuoteNedKelly The contradiction is not that the album is bad or not, but the fact that a lot of people on this board hazzles Jagger for his contributions on several albums, like "a shitty song - typical Jagger pop stuff", og "this just a Jagger outtake" and so on.... And Keith gets all the credit if there's a good song somewhere. But when finally Keith's in charge, i
