Totally agree with you Farawayeyes! I said it before, a Stones album with all the Keef tracks added with Run Rudolph Run / The Harder They Come, some outtakes like We Had It All and yes indeed Let's Go Steady (love that track!) would make a great album. And would make a lot of Stones fan very happy!!

A very very underrated Stones album! She Was Hot is great, Tie You Up (The Pain Of Love) great lyrics, Undercover Of The Night, Pretty Beat Up (Ronnies Song). There's even a Black And Blue Outtake on the album, Too Though (Cellophane Trousers recorded during the sessions in Munich 1975). Two sings I don't like about the album: The tracklisting. I always play the album in m

Hello Charles, The single I have also has just a plane record company sleeve. The single version of Sway is definitely worth getting! Like Rockman said the vocals and guitars are different. It's sounds more rough and edgy than the album version. You can get it also on A Shot Of Salvation, wich is still one of my favourite boots. I wonder who made this losy compilation. As I said befor

There was a great article in a paper (forgot wich one, have to look it up) at the time about Charlie Watts and Mick Taylor in Amsterdam the afternoon before the concert. The article is about them helping a guy pushing his car at the Damstreet! Can you imagine!

JAH IS NOT DEAD. A great unreleased reggae jam from the sessions at Compass Point Studios, Nassau Bahamas, early 1979. Including Bozz Scaggs on additional vocals. The guitars sounds rough and edgy, really cool. At the beginning of the jam Jagger shouts "if you wanna do coke, do it in the other room"! One of the best Stones jams!

Where are the single versions from Sway and All Down The Line?! The long promo version of Emotional Rescue? Exile On Main Street Blues would have been nice to! Or the promo mix from Before They Make Me Run? Why didn't they thought about putting these on the CD? The only nice rarity here seems to be Through The Lonely Nights. I would like to know where they finaly found the orig

What I dont understand is the following: If you read polls and forums like this one, almost everybody likes Laugh I Nearly Died and Driving Too Fast. These 2 songs are among the best from the new album. One of these would have made a great new single or even better another double A-side. In my opinion Rain fall Down is an album filler, not more than that. The overall opinion about th

The best reggae song the Stones ever did is JAH IS NOT DEAD! Ofcourse never released. (same old story again). It's a great reggae jam recorded at the Compass Point Studios, Nassau Bahamas early 1979. Including Bozz Scaggs on additional vocals. Check it out! Also a great reggae tune is Jah Wonderfull (unreleased), wich contains stuff from Burning Spears'Slavery Days. These

"One of the most "STones" albums ever is by Primal Scream and is called "Give out but don't give up". Excellent!" True. They even recorded part of the album at the Muscle Shoals Studios! Also with Jim Dickinson who played piano on Wild Horses! Thought they were live a bit disapointing, but like the album!

The John Spencer Blues Explosions version of Exile On Main Street! No, just kidding. That album is funny, but not more than that. I like Bone Machine, but think Rain Dogs is better. So in my opinion that's Tom Waits' son of Exile album. Love the tracks with Keith on both albums!

Start Me up was a sort of reggae song indeed. But the version recorded for the Emotional Rescue album is the one they used for Tattoo You. So technically speaking it's an ER outtake. Same with Black Limousine, Hang Fire, No Use In Crying and Little T & A. All Emotional Rescue outtakes. They used the finished backing tracks of Tops and Waiting On A Friend from 1973, so including Mi

Eddie Kramer Engineered Love You Live. I've heard he has a lot of soundboard tapes from the 75-76 tours and also copies of the El Mocambo shows! I think it's the best the Stones did live from the Ron Wood era. It's a shame these shows haven't been released yet. I would suggest to release a double cd with the best versions of all the tracks played at El Mocambo. I would be
