This is probably the shortest tour in history, but Mac is playing Memphis, St.Louis and Chicago July 2, 3, 4. His website says more US dates in the fall. He is also touring Europe this summer. Enjoy.

Hey LQ, I've been to Positano twice...once as a kid on family vacation and I went back 10 years ago. Drove from Rome, but I will never drive in Rome again !! Once in Positano, ended up parking the car for the whole time...seems like a waste now. But it was nice to have the car available to take a day trip here and there.

You might want to check the BART schedule....do they run all night back to Oakland? I stay in the Union Square (Powell street stop for BART) and have been to Biscuit and Blues. Good place. There's an Irish bar called Foley's that has live music (usually cover bands) and Lefty O'Doul's is a piano bar that attracts tourists, but for some reason, I like it. In the North

You know what....I would never discount what the Beatles accomplished, but their longevity brings into question their "greatest" stature. When's the last time a Beatle was relevant? Band on the Run?
