"Wolfgang's vault" is a strange title for a hardcore-movie... As we heard earlier, this is the kind of soundtracks, Eddie is doing nowadays.

I was confusing his vocals on "connection" with "something happened to me yesterday". Did he sing parts on the original "connection"? Only backing-vocals, no?

Mick's voice has not changed so much over the years, but one wouldn't recognize the original "connection"- Keith with the actual let's say "this place is emty"- Keith. I must burn me a funny "singalong with Keith"-CD and start a little journey through time , space - and voice(s). Was "connection" the first song to feature Keith singing

Inga Rumpf, a german singer - fantastic voice! She was in "Atlantis" and "Frumpy". Maybe some of the older guests here know... By the way, she is still active today. Still a great voice and great aura.

Michelle shocked's first appearence of course was on the "Texas campfire tapes", but it was kind of a strange "life"-album. Taped with an old recorder when she played and sang at a campfire. It turned into a surprise-success. Some songs of the sisters from "Heart" are quite good - the old ones of course. I rediscovered them when I watched Sofia Coppolas

I really really like Michelle Shocked's first album "Short sharp shocked" (not really rock'n Roll...). Johnette Napolitano of "Concrete Blonde" is a pretty good Rock-chanteuse, I think. Where is she now?

Who comitted the crime of writing "Indian girl"? Please don't say it was Keith. Maybe they bought it - a rejected Terry Jacks b-side... Or was it from the vaults? It's sounds so much like 60s kitsch too. The song Andrew was afraid of putting it out on "Metamorphosis". Chuck Leavell was not involved in "ER", no?

"Melody" does not really count - it's a Billy Preston song. By the way:I like it. Do like "Wanna hold you" too, I actually have it in mind often, thinking of someone I would like to hold close to me. Sadly she is very ill since 3 weeks, hope she's fine soon. "Satisfaction" surely is a signature song of the stones, but when I was a child, I had to

I met Suzie Quatro with her drummer on a parking lot when I was ten. I wore short trousers, white socks in brown sandals and horrible glasses. I was so ashamed, that I didn't say hello. Another - less known - musician I met 1994 in London. Keziah Jones was doing a promo-gig in a small club and it was a nice concert. I had a lot of beer and after the show I went to the toilet. T

Janne Schaffer - oh god! I saw him playing once, and couldn't believe, that this was no joke. That guy was grimacing the whole concert trough and it was so evil! He seemed a complete lunatic, totally out of it. It can't get worse, Janne definetivally is the guy we're searching for! Compared with him, Cocker does not move.

In 2008 the Stones might open for Tokio Hotel... By the way: My 10 year old daughter is one of those screaking girls. I acompanied her to an open air concert of his band. I'm nearly ashamed to say: the atmosphere was great and those 16, 17 years old rookies played well! My daughter says, they are quite succesful in france and other european countries too.

Thanks for posting, rockman. Accidentially I bought the october Q magazine, hoping for the keith interview. I can't believe it's Keith's favourite choice on the plane. Surely he wanted to be polite. My choice would be Mojo. I spent nearly 12 Euro and I think Q is crap.

Keefkid, I used to do stupid shit too. In the seventies we were mainly smoking pot and trying a little trip here and there. The white line fever came in the mid eighties. We used to think it's fun too. Some of us left and didn't laugh... But, hey! A shot of salvation, once in a while... Just kiddin'. So the photo is not from a book? Did you find it in the internet?

Keefkid - great photo! There are not that many photos that show members of the stones doing drugs. Well actually Keith isn't consuming substances here, he's only sleeping... Incredible amount of snow for one person; I would run a big party with that mirror! But Keith played in a different liga. When was this photo taken? Is it from 1975, by Annie Leibowitz?

Sorry,I never thought about dating Pamela. Can I have Scarlett Johansson instead? And I think Pamela will not look any different with 55...ahem... What was this thread all about? Ah yes, moon is up. I think there's no truth if this is a good or a bad song - it depends on the individual taste. As I said - for me it's Scarlett not Pamela.

I wonder when show-elements in Stones concerts began to get "out of control". I think the first real show element was the inflatable penis 1975/76. When I saw them 1990 and watched Mick beating the eggs of the giant plastic dog, I asked myself if I was in a Stones-concert or in a Kiss-show. They seem to have recognized finally, that those effects are a bit childish.

His hair became grey quite early. When his hairline began to move ca. end 70s, his hairdo became wilder and wilder. It's a fantastic construction he wears now!

Finally another wig-thread! Bill Graham watched Keith in the 70s doing his hairdo himself in the wardrobe. He used to put lemon-juice into his hair as a kind of conditioner. Nowadays there has to be a bit more and professional help... I wonder how much time it takes now to create a "Keiths". I am afraid the work of the hairstylist takes more time than the whole concert.
