There is major road construction on the highway leading to and from the Lincoln tunnel so Keep that in mind. Rush hour is tough but taking the bus, Uber, etc from Metlife back to NYC after the show might not be too bad.

There are trains in and out of NYC / Penn Station to Metlife as well. There is a transfer in Seacaucus. There is an Uber/Lyft pickup/drop off area too.
