I still can't figure out how to get a refund from my lucky dip tickets. I logged into my account, i entered the barcode from the "tickets", but it says the tickets aren't valid, and then something about mobile tickets. I found a different page that mentions mailing back the tickets. Can anyone from the US please tell me how to get this refund? Thank you.

Just got to Gatwick. northbound trains are no longer running (22:00). A girl just told me they’ve been waiting in the taxi line for 3 hours. And I LOVED it! He walked around the stage, obviously saving his energy for the singing. As he’s recovering from COVID and it was hot as balls, he needed the hr smartly conserved his energy. I felt like it classed up the show a bit. When he did dance, it seemed as if he was doing it because he was feeling it rather than because that’s how he practiced it. I hope this continues.
