What was the show time printed on your ticket? Just trying to figure out my tailgate strategy for Hartford tonight. (Hartford tickets say the show starts at 8:00pm. Did they start the show earlier in Boston due to sound ordinances and restrictions?)

I'm not a Bostonian. I live in Connecticut....but close enough to give a weather report. It's supposed to be in the low 80 degree range during the day...don't know what that converts to in celcius....sunny, no rain. Temperatures at night will fall into the low to mid 60 degree range. Long story short....the weather will be perfect!

I've turned my wife on to the Stones in the past couple of years. I took her to her first Stones concert at Giants Stadium on the Licks tour. Since then, she's had a new respect for Mick and the boys. She's not as die-hard as I am....but she's working on it. We'll be attending the East Hartford show this August. But no partying for her beforehand in the parking lot..

NICE Harlito 1969!!! I knew someone out there would remember the Paint it Black video from the early 80's MTV. And you're right....it definitley looks like a film student video that was filmed on a rollercoaster. And I have to agree on one other point you made....MTV is crap! I haven't watched in years.

Again.....there was definitely a video for Paint it Black that was in heavy rotation on MTV circa 1982. But like I stated earlier in the thread, it was just the music being played....there was no Stones footage whatsoever. I don't know if it's good or bad, but I grew up eating and sleeping MTV from 1981-84. I'm gonna do a searh for this Paint it Black video....if I find it.....I

But then when I'm at the show...toward the end of the show....I start feeling down because I know it's almost over. Rockman....I agree 110%!!! Luxury is an AMAZING song....one of my favorites. I'd love to hear it live. Unfortunately I was only two years old the last time they performed it on stage. I can always dream for the upcoming tour to have it in the set list!
