Quote35love Oh funny you guys are funny! I try to monitor what goes into my head. What am I doing here indeed, ha ha ha One day I’ll watch it. Oh you gotta see it. It's Mick at his absolute best.

Where does the information that it is out on December 1st come from? It's not on their website which is still taking orders at the 'early bird' price of £100. I placed an order on November 18th which has not even been acknowledged though they've taken the money. It certainly hasn't arrived yet. I emailed them earlier today to ask for a despatch date.

The pit in arena shows - back when it was the Tongue Pit - was amazing and provided a close up view of the entire stage and everything and everyone on it. It was like seeing the Rolling Stones in a club. The pit at these stadium shows is nowhere near as good in my opinion but still the only place to be once you've got used to seeing them close up. But for me whereas the front was the place t

QuoteStoneage Come to think of it - Sir Hercules is the only one in the British pop aristocracy that actually plays an instrument. Sir Roderick, Sir Ivan, Sir James, Sir Michael or Sir Harry don't. Sir Paul?

Nice article, thanks for posting. Other than the Goodbye Yellowbrick Road double which I always loved I was late in coming to appreciate how talented Elton John is but I certainly do now.

BIG fan. T.Rex were the first group I saw live, back in 1971. I have pretty much a full collection from Tyrannosaurus Rex through to Bolan's Zip Gun and love all of it. The phase from Unicorn through to The Slider was near perfection, with Slider being the best of the lot. Tanx was a strong album too.

Love the studio version and love the LA Friday version. Hasn't really cut it for years imo.

Quotejohn lomax The best ABB shows that I saw were: - MSG Sept 15 - Dublin - great performance and awesome sound - one of the three O2 shows - I loved them all but there was one in particular hat was great. Can’t remember which one, perhaps it was the second one? - both Twickenham shows - Glasgow - awesome version of Sway. Having also seen all three I would definitely say the second one

What an incredible tour this has been and surely it all centres around Mick and Keith very obviously getting on so well together. Not only is it a joy to see but the good vibes bring out the best in everybody. Keith is not the only one improved on this tour - Charlie has been better, Mick more energetic, it's been fantastic.

Quotejackflash27 Is Mick struggling with his voice? Seems he avoids the high notes sometimes. Sounds like that to me too. He'll get through though.

Quotekeefriff99 12 miles onstage? C'mon... Absolutely, but far from the first time this sort of nonsense has been peddled. So many times I've read that he does 10 miles a show but work that out - he'd be moving at 5 miles an hour for the whole show. It's ridiculous. None of which is to say of course that he's not incredibly fit; he obviously is and it's been an in

QuoteBowieStone Every category is sold out according to axs. Somebody ordered a lot of tickets in every category in the past 12 hours. Yep, amazing. They still had availability this morning though Pit has been unavailable for a few days now after being freely available for many weeks.

Cheap publicity for the tour both literally and otherwise. I never thought there was anything cool about this showing the blade crap but at a time when kids are being stabbed on a daily basis in the UK it sounds more crass than ever.

QuoteGerda Just checked Ticket sites. Pits A and B even available for Twickenham now. I went to great lenghts to get pit at beginning of sale and feel super stupid and ripped off now for getting an expensive package in desperation. Of course, I am still looking forward very much to see our boys again after only 7 months - but still I wonder what happened here - do they squeeze hmore People into

QuoteKevinLocksPerm With the exception of The Specials what a boring list. I'm only doing London on 22nd May and am really turned off by the idea of Liam Gallagher. Still at least it affords on the opportunity for an extended toilet break. Liam Gallagher does nothing for me either, (Noel would've been different), but he's sold out Finsbury Park as a headliner so is a pretty big n

Quotewuzznbuddy Sadly it died a death many years ago. The website is mostly clickbait and celebrity gossip, and has been for a few years. And, as the chap above says, the freebie hint version was sh1te. A real shame as, in its heyday, it was the home of some great music journalism. You've said it all.

QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteBliss QuoteLoose I see Keith as judgmental rather than moral. Always very quick to condemn others... I agree with you. I think he said it deliberately and meant it. Implying strongly that someone is a bad parent is way over the line. And it's rich, coming from Keith. Considering the childhood his son Marlon had, described in Life and Tony Sanchez' and Barb

Quotestereomanic Yeah its annoying because sometimes they add the second show within minutes of the first going on sale. Friday would be a much better day than a Tuesday but I feel its such a big risk not buying the tuesday and waiting for the Friday date! The seating prices seem really high, so im afraid they will sell GA quite easily but not the seating so much. Seats starting at £200

Quoteglshanghai after being in the pit in Shanghai, New Jersey and Zuerich I'm addicted. PIT or nothing anymore. Closest place to the stage, no pushing, squeezing. In Zuerich catched a pick from Ronnie, my son one from Keith. It can't get better. Me too, with the qualification it's pit at face value or nothing anymore. Therefore I'm not expecting to catch them on this tour

Way better than Exhibitionism, it's the class leader by some way. Really intimate with huge input from DB who was clearly a hoarder. Includes keys to the Berlin apartment, his coke spoon, his diaries, handwritten lyrics, video storyboarding, clothes, letters and much much more. Don't miss it!

QuoteHairball Congrats to Ringo- one the greatest and most inventive drummers in rock and roll. Glad to see some acknowledgement of Ringo's brilliance. He was the perfect drummer for the Beatles in the same way that Charlie is for the Stones. Strange to see so many here dismiss Ringo as a minor talent who got lucky just because he wasn't a bombastic in your face drummer given to twen

Quotestone4ever Sounds like you guys really know Mick, but do you really. I don't think anyone will get to know him better as a result of an article in the Daily Mail. But I haven't seen people claiming to know him here; perhaps you're confusing them with people who are saying that what goes on between two consenting adults is none of their business?
