QuoteRollingFreak Quotecrholmstrom QuoteRollingFreak Robert Plant is remarkably grounded. I think it took people many years to actually catch up to his maturity level, but he's been pretty much right in all his decisions the last 20 years. Ending Led Zeppelin reunion talk included, much to my disappointment. But he's so right. He's a really nice guy, too. Don't know if I

Quotejohn lomax Warpaint is a great album. Playing it right now actually. I'd put it in my top 3 Crowes albums after the first 2. I also really like "By Yor Side " - I think it's a really underrated album For me the Crowes were pretty hit or miss since BYS and Lions...Warpaint was better...although I wish it had Mark & Eddie on it...BTF is good, but mostly forgettable...

I like Amorica & Three. Snakes way more than Shake Your Money Maker. Southern Harmony is their best What are you referring to as the last two Crowes albums...Before the Frost and Warpaint or Croweology & Wiser for the Time?

Quotefrankotero Yeah, I fell for the hype. Overall not pleased with the record. Maybe 5 really good songs out of 14,the deluxe edition. I disagree as well...it’s not their best, but its quite good

QuoteLazarusSmith It’s the prototypical “fan’s” album. With only one hit amongst its 18 tracks most casual listeners go “huh?” It’s an entire record of “deep tracks”! Hit the nail right on the head.

Quotekeefriffhard4life QuoteHairball Quotekeefriffhard4life what i am is someone who is realistic and knows a studio album between page and the crowes would have sold maybe 600k at most. thats really not some big ground breaking number and had they released a second studio album my guess it would have sold less than that as the novelty had worn off after one album. Not so sure about that - had

Fans should hold on to their tickets for Dallas & Denver shows & Sept 25 Houston show, as they will be honoured at rescheduled dates. Please stay tuned for further information. QuoteCrackinup Quotekeefriffhard4life Quotegrzegorz67 QuoteHairball Oh damn....hope Roger gets better soon! Roger's got lots of recent previous for this unfortunately. He needs to consider spacing his gigs further apart to let his body and voice recover as Mick does. He's only a year younger than our Mick. His voice packed up in Cardiff a few years back, postponing the rest of that

QuoteMeise Both album have their highlights and weaknesses. It makes little sense to compare song to song. It's more the overall mood and expression of an album that leaves a superior feeling. Moreover, it's always individual taste in rating an album. I always liked GHS better than IORR but wouldn't say that the latter is their worst 1970s album. B&B is worse than IORR ...
