They will definately play stadium as well. It's just unreal to think of the Stones not playing huge venues like fields, stadiums or whatsoever. They would never construct a stadium stage by someone like Mark Fisher for just a few gigs and put the rest of the concerts into the smaller arenas. As soon as such a montrous structure is manufactured (maybe manifold for each continent) it will also

This website says ( ), that in 1990 worldwirde sales exceeded 200 mio. copies. I don't know how accurate this information is. But I know that sales must be pretty much higher by now. For example the US sales of Some Girls are stated as 4 mio, however they are 6 mio. by now. Also Hot Rocks is listed with 6 mio. US sales, however today it's already 12 mio copies in the US. The Stones not playing mainly stadiums? Can't believe that... I must admit that I would be really unhappy with that decision. They have to peak again with this tour, dragging ten thousands of people into the huge stadiums of the world and along the way playing some smaller gigs. I guess this is the last tour where Mick will physically be able to handle a huge stadium stage. When the time

I watched the Popmart Concert from Mexico City. Dead boring performance. The problem is not so much Bono's unimpressive stage presence (he tries hard, but it just doesn't work) it's more that the whole concert sounds the same. It's all these melanchonical crap songs which bored me to death, very little variety, no really recognizable melodies like Stones tunes (which hook so d

I'm just watching the show on German TV...He has just been interviewed for like 30 secs...He seemed a bit in a hurry, but he was in a good temper :-) He looked great by the way! And he confirmed again that he's busy with writing songs for a new Stones album...

I've been really tensed over the last few days since I'm looking so much forward to the new studio album. What makes me anxious is that I'm not sure if our boys know the importance of this album since almost 8 years of creative absence. What we will witness in 2005 might be the last Stones studio album and the last Stones tour. The new album is one of the last great chances to attr
