QuoteWitness Quotesjs12 QuoteWitness I write the following as an answer, not to complain. As one, who have seen the Stones before, my preference for the time being would be to see them play a somewhat different song material than they do, or to abstain. The two Hyde Park concerts, two concerts in 2015(?) and one concert last autumn were mighty experiences. However, were I to see another concer

Only Twickenham left for me. Although I went to Poland a couple years ago with work and liked it so maybe I can centre a holiday around the lady gig of the tour...

Also I think general admission is the best fun place to be in any gig. Whilst it is nice to be in at the front, I love the atmosphere on the general pitch.

He plays Rock like jazz now, he is slightly behind the beat or something, he looks and sounds like he's going to fall apart but doesn't, its fascinating, i honestly beli

QuoteWitness Not to complain, but as an answer to a couple of posts: In that past the Stones did not recreate studio originals as they more or less have since 1989, but, what has been described here, played road versions of songs, which might possibly vary a little from concert to concert. And from tour to tour there were important additions to the setlists from recently released studio albums

Steel Wheels was the zimmer frame tour according to newspapers at the time. God knows how long they'll keep thing for. I look at my mum and dad and I look at Mick in particular and have to forcibly remind myself they are the same age. Long may it continue but i don't know if the stones would tour sitting down like BB King did? Time waits for no one.

Gerry, you made me wonder about the songs I've seen since my first gig in 1995. Apparently it is 14 shows and 70 songs. Only 6 were played at every show. (BS, HTW, JJF, SMU, SFTD, TD) Only 2 were played at 13 shows (Satisfaction and IORR) 55 of the songs were played at less than half of the shows I attended. 28 of the songs were only performed at one gig that I attended. And

For getting around major cities, City Mapper app is really good. It gives options of trains buses, taxis, cycling and walking etc. and how long each will take. It only covers London, Birmingham and Manchester in the UK.

Quoteodean73 Did anybody to go the green room, before or after? I did by accident before the show during a random walk-around. I found you could get a drink without queuing and, more importantly, my daughter could go to the toilet without queuing.

I'd also add that I think all of the seats in my section (Block 24 row GG) were LD holders, at least based on those I spoke to. Obviously this part of the stadium didn't sell as well as others and they were back filling.

When I got the nosebleeds at Coventry, I came out and opened mine up. I was slightly disappointed not to get pit but in reality I had already told myself exactly this. A girl came up to me and asked what I

Quoteundertheradar Having only received a two word text( Simply Amazing ) after ths Coventry gig, our lads finally arrived home 10pm Sunday evening. We thought they may have been sight-seeing or making most of the day so asked where thay had been - recovering, was the reply. Too much to drink, I asked. ...No just sheer exhaustion!
