The best songs on B2B are better than the best on VL. The worst songs on B2B are worse than the worst on VL.

Just listened to JJF on Tidal now (master quality), and wow!!! That must be one of the best live versions I've ever heard, and yes, the sound is better than on Bridges to Bremen. Punchy drums and rumbeling bass, sharp guitars and horns and the vocals all shine through. Wonderfull! Can't wait to get the DVD from this one.

His contribution to Don Henleys Bramble Rose. I usually like Jaggers approach to country, but this one doesn't cut it for me. If he couldn't be bothered or whatever I don't know, but it certainly doesn't work.

Was it on that album they put Charlie in a stairway? It sure sounds like that.. Wasn't that on Moon Is Up? On that one the drum sound is great Agree about the sound on ABB. Didn't Charlie play a trash can on Moon Is

QuoteDandelionPowderman One Birds-tune as well, but I think Rocky was thinking of the Glimmers here. You're right, of course. My point is that Ron hasn't been involved in writing material for the Stones since.... ? Why not? His latest releases clearly shows that he is just as capable as the Glimmers. And who knows if the three of them worked together in a creative process... Not just b

Here in Norway we have a band called Hellbillies that started out as a country band singing in norwegian in the '90s. They have gradually turned in to a southern rock band, and as the guitarplayer is a big fan of Keith, they've naturally also released some Stones inspired material:
