Just picked up a very good copy of the US Mono version of this on vinyl, man the sound just jumps out the grooves. I like it better than the Abkco SACD.

I saw a bunch of shows in 2013 including The Stones,The Who, Dylan on the Americana Tour, 2 four night runs by Furthur. These are my top 5; 1. Glass Harp, Kent Stage Kent OH. Was up in Ohio for a wedding and saw this show on a whim. These guys blew my mind. Phil Keaggy is unbelievable on guitar, the most psychedelic show I have seen in years. I understand they only play a few shows a year alm

Annoying as hell, snap a pic or two okay, but holding them up for the whole show...no. And for the record I cant stand the crappy videos on you tube.

Saw them Monday in Boulder, covers included an opening Let it Bleed and later in the set Dylan's Mighty Quinn. All in all, a great show.

I am at 23 Stones shows since Cleveland Stadium 1975,including two small shows;Tower 2002 and Utrecht in 2003, not that many by a long shot. I know have seen the Grateful Dead 113 times. Other than the GD, I have probably seen the Allman Brothers and Phil and Friends more times than the Stones but that is probably it.

It doesn't seem that bad to me in the end. Although I understand the frustration regarding the initial expectations. You can get a refund and can get in front of the stage anyways. You just can't pay to be front, is all. As far I am concerned they should make all GA shows the same price, first come first serve. Didn't work so bad at my first shows in '75, '78, and

Phish is nothing like the GD other than maybe hippie types like both band. If anything Phish reminds me of Zappa. The GD has Hunter, even Dylan writes with Hunter.

QuoteStonesTod Quotejabhead It's announced on the BC website that Jackie Greene is replacing Luther. I dont really consider Jackie a lead guitarist more a singer song writer. I really was impressed with how Luther fit in with BC and I am a big Marc Ford fan as well. jackie is a fabulous lead guitarist, imo. great move. they're playing stubbs here...and this seals the deal for me. i

Great News, but I will miss the Chris Robinson Brotherhood. They are Cosmic Psychedelic Organic goodness. Neal Casal and Adam Mac Dougall are both tasty players. It looks NYE show maybe their last for awhile. Hopefully Luther is back in the fold with the BC and they add more dates.
