Saw Marcus a couple of years ago and he was slammin'. He played everything he is capable of jazz, funk, soul, rock, ... An incredible gifted bassplayer. I actually enjoy the albums he did with Miles. Most people don't, but it was a new step for Miles and it worked for me. His solo efforts are ok, but they sound like some homeproject.

Live Licks did badly because of Four Flicks. You can't expect both to do well. The difference in sales between the Led Zep & The Stones boxset is very little. Not even a million. Compare that to the standard Led Zep and The Stones were selling in the seventies. 4 or 5 Led Zep albums are certified diamond or more. The Stones have no studio album that sold that much. Jagger isn't intrested in easy money. He's not the kind of guy that enjoys looking back. Everybody releases stuff from the past. Ok, it sells. The Stones released Four Flicks which is certified 19 times platinum. 19!!! Ok it are 4 discs, but still. It was a huge hit. That is more than The Beatles Anthology Boxset (13 times platinum - and that are 5 dvds if I'm not mistaken)
