Yeah, rollator-rock... But I don't see any young artist having that much energy on stage like the Stones did!

The mix of this album is really one of their best, in my opinion. Every part is clear and crisp, and the bass really is fantastic!

Tattoo You is easily one of their best. At least it's the best sounding album (sound, mix, production). Slave and Waiting On A Friend, both with Sonny Rollins on sax, are my favourites. Waiting On A Friend from Hampton Coliseum 1981 is pure magic (with Ernie Watts on sax). Never get tired of listening to this wonderfull song! Always thinking of why the ^%&& the Stones never us

I can't seem to find any tabs for The Storm and So Young. These are great songs to play along with. Specifically the main guitarpart from The Storm, the one that starts the song and "sings" together with Jagger. From So Young the Richard rhythm part: I know the chords (A and E), but I cannot exactly hear how he plays around the chords. I'd appreciate it if someone

QuoteRobertJohnson Must be careful, only 90 seconds, but I'm surprised. Whereas the additional tracks on Exile are real outtakes with exception of Following the River (a track, however, which doesn't fit to the original Exile), here we seem to get some substantial new tracks that match the quality level of the original album and have a similar nature. Great the blues oriented tracks and

This is really fanastic! It's the kinda Stones I love! That outtake album sounds great! Easily their best since Tattoo You.

Well, whatever one might think of the vocal parts by Jagger, I think he's done a decent job, considering his more nasal sounding parts a la Following The River or some songs on Superheavy. At least he didn't lose that country feel kinda voice. I like it a lot, this song No Spare Parts. It didn't disappoint me at all.

Just watched the whole tv show/broadcast. Tim says about the song: "a bit of Stones, Black Crowes and a bit soul... Well then, I wasn't that far off! The broadcast has a better sound than the Youtube version I saw.

No, it's not a cover. This song is composed by Tim Knol together with Big Black & Beautiful, within 36 hours for a TV show in Holland. It was broadcasted yesterday. To me the first thing I heard which reminded me of Exile were those backing vocals.... so beautiful. But I think it also has that Stones guitar rhythm. And it just got that soul... Tim Knol with Big Black & Beau

Look for the song "Stay With Me" by Tim Knol and the Big Black & Beautiful (from Holland). The backvocals reminds me of Exile on Mainstr. Great song.
