I guess you guys don't like the funk? they openned the show with a robert johnson song and they played amazing grace.... They are a band not a super group ... They just happened to be very good musicians.

What a great band. Saw them last night right on the beach. Then found myself sharing a table with Glover, Reid and Coulhum talking about basketball till 4am while waiting for food. The bass player wasn't there so I could nt talk about the Stones much ..Vernon seem to not want to talk about it... But they were great , awesome musicians.

I have to say that from watching all videos possible online since december (yeah I havent been to any shows) Keith's focus onstage has been the difference and as a result they are playing better as a band. Probably better than 89'. Keith's new approach of just standing in front of Charlie and leaving the whole stage for Jagger has been glorious. Also the addition of Mick Taylor see

It is fair to say that the Steel Wheels tour may have been the most anticipated Stones tour in its history. Huge production, new album, Bill Wyman - the Stones after an 8 year break , after World War III: charged us an average of $30 dollars a ticket to see this historical tour. What is $30 1989 dollars worth today? Any economists in the room? Back in 89' there was Stonesmania all over the

Who will win this battle? The Stones didn't think their fans would revolt and make them look like a group of tyrants or corrupt third world leaders when they plotted this tour. Bill Wyman did. For a band who's average net worth among them is close to 200 plus million dollars and the title of the world greatest rock and roll band secured, it seemed the right move was to celebrate th

Man I am impressed with the Keith... his playing has really improved - I sure like seeing him stand in front of the drums and just play. They should replace Miss You with Emotional Rescue and get one Warhorse out of the way... Why have such a predictable set list? Then again if this is the last tour, the last tour is the one with all the warhorses for sure... I want my 85$ ticket

Sorry to mislead anyone... Hope the video will surface anyhow... Taylor looks more fit and healthy... I think he will eventually be onstage for the whole show, I mean why would nt he if the band sounds better?

1. Malcolm, Micawber, 75 special custom and Sunny all have humbuckers at neck pickup position. When he plays them are the humbuckers and bridge pickups switched on at the same time all the time? 2. Sunny has a new neck?

Mathijs As much as I admire your musical expertise and your knowledge on Stones history I respect your stand on the Mick Taylor hype. I don't agree with you when you say the Stones are Watts/Jagger/Richards in the studio - what would "Waiting on Friend" be without Nicky Hopkins? I believe Bill Wyman was more important for the Stones than Mick Taylor and his chemistry with Charli
