QuoteTravellinMan IMHO there is a reluctance here to buy bootlegs that has led to a lag or absence of newer releases for uploading. I understand that people who do the recording or remastering feel ripped off when a label releases their material. But maybe the general attitude has gone a little overboard against buying silvers. I bought the Philadelphia release from Japan and am happy with it.

Besides the DVD/Blu-ray i still prefer the sound of the good old Swingin CD set with the gold CD'S. Both are living happily together in my collection but IMHO the bootleg is still the best.

I have the (european) bootleg of this second Paradiso show. Quality is not that bad but i was wondering if one of the guys with technical knowledge ever considered upgrading/remastering this show. Or has this already been done ?

QuoteStoons In my humble opinion the Tourbook '72 is more than you may expect. It's one of a kind. Have searched for anybody who could tell something about what happened to them when the Stones came to town, in 1972. All the recordings have been compared and reviewed. Also info about the Unreleased live album is included. My hope is that the Stones will use my information for a future V

Hi, I recently bought the japanese CD @#$%& Blues on the Mido Enterprize label. Info about the tracks is very limited on the back of the CD case. Anyone who can tell me more about the tracks ? Looks like a mix of Stones tracks with tracks by other artists like Carly Simon with Mick and a track by Bobby Keys. Can somebody conform this ? Thanks

Hi, After reading a interview with Keith, talking about Charlie and Steve i was wondering and maybe i am just thinking wishful, but suddenly i was thinking we might be surprised by a double CD, first one filled with the final Charlie sessions and another one with Steve on drums. Keith said they were still thinking about the final Charlie stuff and maybe recording with Steve. So no idea if

Just like Peterdv i saw the double CD set on a Dutch site but 65 euro is a lot for only 2 CD's. (I'm dutch so greedy as the saying goes) There are only 300 copies around, at least that was stated. But i see no reason why in time this won't turn up on another label or in digital form.
