Backstage Auctions' Facebook page showed some of the items that sold, like the 1964 Selcor guitar. I have been unable to review the results of the auction other than the items I purchased. Forum: Tell Me
I've seen a lot of the guests mentioned, Sheryl Crow, Buddy Guy, Taylor Swift, Bono, Dr. John, Justin Timberlake, Ac/Dc. My favorite was Buddy Guy.
I am a fan of the Jack White guest spot on Loving Cup from Shine a Light film. Forum: Tell Me

Afghan Whigs early next month. Sadly it's the same night as Amyl & the Sniffers. I would've went to that but already had tickets for the Whigs. I saw Amyl in May so don't feel too horrible about it.
I'd skip the Whigs and see Amy again. Just got home 4AM from seeing Amyl & the Sniffers in DC tonight... their set started at 12:3 Forum: Tell Me
I am now a happy owner of this extraordinary book. Beautiful book, very large and heavy! Fabulous education on Stu. Cool print by Ronnie. Shipment was very fast. The Stones are my hobby and this book needed to be in my collection. A work of art!
Thanks, Will! Forum: Tell Me
The original Double Door on Milwaukee Ave in Wicker Park is now a Yeti store. Original location closed bc landlord issue and neighborhood gentrification. I spent a lot of time at original Double Door.
Double Door will open their new location in Uptown neighborhood soon. Forum: Tell Me

My friends worked at Double Door. I couldn't even get into the show that day. 1 of my girlfriends served Keith a drink at the downstairs bar. The Double Door employees were not told who was playing and thought it would be Motley Crue. Forum: Tell Me
I'm disappointed in the watches. I was hoping for more fun designs that scream Rolling Stones. The red watch is the only 1 I am considering. Also wish there was a more feminine option. Forum: Tell Me
I saw Amyl & the Sniffers in May at Logan Auditorium in Chicago. They're returning to play the Vic in Sept, about 3 times bigger venue. She crushes! Comfort to Me is a great album! Forum: Tell Me

Soldier Field in Chicago 2006 had to be the coldest.
Grabbed "cheap" front row tickets for the show. Barely saw most of the band as they stayed by the heaters.
Cold and windy. Jacket, hood and mitten weather. I do believe the temp was just around 32F degrees. What do you expect for weather in October?! Forum: Tell Me

I heard that Brett Michaels is ill. And won’t be singing for awhile till he gets better.
Thankfully, he was not ill in Charlotte and we got to see Poison. Haven't heard how long he is expected to be out.
Also, Charlotte was Tommy Lee's 1st full gig with the broken ribs. Forum: Tell Me
I saw the Stadium Tour this week in Charlotte.
It was a long show! 1980s me woulda been psyched. 2020s me was ready to go home after spending 7 hours in the venue. Fun to see the hair band fans all grown up, LOL.
I've seen all these bands previously when we were all younger.
Joan Jett and Poison were great! Motley Crue was sub-par because Vince Neil sucks.
Def Leppard were awesome, minus Forum: Tell Me

Can't wait until I get to be there again in London! Forum: Tell Me
I saw Amyl and the Sniffers this weekend in Chicago. I loved their show so much!! Unfortunately they are touring with Green Day in Europe.
The Dirty Knobs are booked this summer too. I saw them in April. Catchy tunes!
Leaving room for The Ghost Hounds. Lol, once was good. Have the Stones recycled openers? Forum: Tell Me
Kaleo opened for the Stones in AZ 2019 and has a show in London June 24th. Free date on 25th. A possibility for London?
Also, I saw Kaleo in AZ 2019 and last night in Chicago. Good band that originally hails from Iceland. Forum: Tell Me
