Quotethrak Prague would be probably the same place than in 2003. Letna. 80.000 is possible there. It's a different place, similar name but quite far from the 2003 location :-) this one:

QuoteMAF Prague, Letnany field: Is the venue Lesopark Letnany? It's an open field next to the exhibition center & small airport which hosts concerts quite regularly. The tribunes are set up for each gig individually and dismantled afterwards. Hamburg set-up basically. Ozzy & Maiden are performing there this year, GnR, AC/DC played in the past. Very good sound thanks to light tribu

My 2c why central part of Europe (Poland, Czechia, perhaps Adriatics) make sense for Stones to play in 2018 - logistics is quite simple, relatively high available income (in purchasing power parity) and huge demand help promoters sell tons of tickets there nowadays. Most of the shows sell out pretty fast at same/similar ticket prices as in Germany. Plus Stones didn't show up there since 2007

QuoteMonsoon Ragoon Quoteerikjjf They will play anywhere. As long as a local promotor (someone they like working with) proposes a show (in a cool venue they want to play in) that will guarantee them a ridiculous amount of money. Population alone is not the deciding factor. Otherwise they would only play in Mexico City, Seoul, Lagos, Mumbai, Shanghai, Beijing, Sao Paulo, Delhi, etc. If the loca

Great selection so far, not sure if I don't spoil it a bit. Still love this album though...

Great show tonight. Everything seems to be coming together, guys are clearly enjoying themselves and the show. Was fantastic to watch the interactions between Mick, Keith and Ronnie. With this trend, I am sure Paris will be amazing! I wish I managed to get tickets... Sound was clear and loud in the pit, Hellacopters were imho best support this tour so far and SV was a treat. Have to digest the e

LIB for me, hasn't been played in ages (Indianopolis 2015, San Jose 2013 and 2007 tour). Sweet Virginia would be cool too, but I am afraid LSTNT will win. It's a great song but we got it in Lucca and given the vote is the 1 out of 2 'surprise' slots I prefer a song not played yet...

Just got to my hotel after 1.5hrs drive from Spielberg. I haven't posted in years, so will be brief - it was a great gig, guys played tight, very good sound, interesting setlist changes but organization was an absolute trainwreck.More below if interested We spent >2hrs in traffic jam after getting to Spielberg, being sent from one parking place to another without any info where are we

Indeed, security was hilarious, total amateurs. We were standing at GA entrance next to railings and most of the guys were told what to do 5 mins before gates opened. One third got randomly distributed scanners which they couldn't operate (had to help the lady to scan my ticket as I came 3rd in the row and first two were scanned by the security boss ), the search parties were completely conf

Just a short one as many details were shared in the prior posts already. 1. setlist - yep, would love to have it a bit refreshed (got exactly the same one as in Berlin, with just Angie instead of WOAF). However, it seems to be the great stadium setlist - crowd is really crazy during all the warhorses and guys are getting pretty tight in delivery... 2. band performance - It's improving,

Hi guys, sharing a few quick observations after getting back to my hotel. - Waldbuhne is an amazing place, I have a soft spot for this venue (sound & ambience) - show was quite long, over 2hours as they extended Rambler and few other songs - Keith messed up several usual bits but was excellent during his set and had few highlights during the night. IORR was fun as Keith started playing soo

Imho, the stage height is not a problem, I actually liked it. It helps with the view from the standidng field, especially if you are not front row... Waldbuhne is my favorite venue, sound & ambience-wise, can't wait to see Stones there QuoteTE Quotedrbryant Wow, what a great looking venue!!. I wish that I could be there. I wonder why they made the stage so high. It really isn

I guess that view is better from the first few rows compared to standing tickets as stage is quite low in Waldbuhne. Also, the capacity is ~25k so despite a tiny look the standing area is similarly sized as the indoor arena and the stage is surprisingly far. I've been to 2 gigs there and I love the venue for its sound and overall set-up. View-wise, I would say that stadium gig could be be

Quotegotdablouse Quoteferda Just checked VIP tickets and it's incredible. They are charging 170EUR+ premium for early access plus some rubbish... (see below). Just wonder how many tickets is allocated and what is the demand for them. Would suck to wait half a day in front of the gates to find the venue half full when doors open... I'd mentioned that package above and it's €250 (

Refreshed the window (F5) when I got an error. Tickets are kept reserved for 18mins so I reckon a lot of tickets 'disappeared' this way but will get unblocked.

Oeticket is (used to be) very reasonable in terms of postage to foreign addresses. I typically paid up to 10 EUR max but haven't purchased anything for last few years... Question - did anyone received ticket alarm already? Would be great to know if there's a dedicated link like for DE shows or direct access from the homepage.

Lorenz, glad you have enjoyed it. I regret decision not going to Vienna but Frankfurt night was incredible as well. Seeing both would be probably too good :-) (and skipping Vienna actually helped to mantain peace in the family :-)). Guys are on fire now, much better than last year imho. Gazza, will keep fingers crossed for another jaw-droppin'/heart-stoppin'/earth-shakin'/histo
