I have finally scanned the photo pages and here is a new edition with these: PS. I have put the photo pages at the end which I like better because like this they do not interrupt the text pages. In the original book the photo pages are stapled in the middle.

Thanks. I forgot to explain where my recording comes from. I got a VHS video cassette of the VH1 Special back then around 1993 from someone, I can't remember anymore from whom. Later I transferred this VHS tape to a DVDR, obviously using the MPEG audio, not the LPCM. Therefore it's lossy now. This is the audio from that DVDR.

What is labelled "Memphis 1978" on Wolfgang's Vault is in fact the usual 1978 soundboard recordings from Houston and Detroit. Only Shattered is from Memphis, Hound Dog is not included. So nothing really interesting and also lossy.
