I don't even trust tickmaster UK promises of delivering my ticket to the BST app. This is outrageous at this point. Their customer service doesn't even exist. Automatic responses on socials and emails, no phone number. Instead of being very excited, I'm miserable and anxious. This just can't be legal.

Got this from Ticketmaster CS on twitter: Hi Annie. We send the details across to AXS, the details sent are your email address and the tickets you have ordered. AXS then load this on their app where you will view it. This is done closer to the event date. Thanks!

Just wondering why Ticketmaster UK operates on separate rules than any other Ticketmaster. I have my tix for Amsterdam and Stockholm on my email all good. I'm seeing a concert at o2 arena in 2weeks.
