Not surprised BV wasn't able to get any info on this. The owners of the venue have never hosted anything of this magnitude and don't appear to have any connection to the Stones. In fact, they really only host one or two smaller festivals a year, with about 50k attending over 2 or 3 days. Never hosted a large single event like this since they purchased the property.

Burl's Creek is pretty much a good bet now. Only question is how big of an event it will be in terms of other artists and whether they will offer VIP packages and tickets. I've seen the Stones enough that I'm not going up there just to stand in general admission. Someone on twitter mentioned $1500 for VIP, who knows what that might include.

QuoteThePaleRider Quotenorthernale1 Quotemtaylor QuoteMAF QuoteMore Hot Rocks QuoteSomeTorontoGirl I think the ACC is too small. Unless...they do TWO shows. Its Scotia Bank. It it only shows one date. Hillsong United on June 27th at Scotiabank Arena. That means: no Stones on 29th. Not enough time to build up the stage etc. Budweiser stage. But, only capacity for 16.000. BMO field,, aprox 4

Be prepared for general admission. No seats at this venue. 70k.

Quotedaspyknows QuoteJeter1984 I hate festivals and concerts on giant fields. I'd rather waste my life savings on a club gig. That is Canada Day weekend, the highway up there is going to be a mess. Why would they advertise it in Toronto? You seem to hate everything. There will NOT be a club gig to end the tour unless someone like Robert Kraft is paying millions for a private gig.

Quotecrholmstrom they have to play to 100,000 in Canada because of the exchange rate. works out to 60,000 US. You make a good point. To move all that gear from Chicago to Central Ontario has to be worth it. Perhaps they are going to play another show after? It just seems too random to play that venue. I know the owners have wanted more one off large scale shows there but they would have

They're going to need 75k+ to justify trucking all that gear up there. The issue I have, as I am sure many of you do, is that once you've been to so many shows, you don't want these large festival-like shows anymore. Of course the Stones, with limited time left, only want to play large venues.

Let's not take this as gospel just yet. If they're going to play an open air field, Downsview Park in Toronto would be easier. That said, the owners of Burl's Creek have said they want to do more one off big shows. This would certainly qualify.

It's such a random show. It's not like they would be headlining a big festival or annual event.

Let's ignore the club gig. Not saying they won't do it, but these tongue sightings are not for that. BMO Field-30-40k (best option given available venues) Downsview Park-100k Burl's Creek (North of Toronto) 100k ScotiaBank Arena-15k-not an arena tour Rogers Centre-Booked Toronto Jazz Fest-no venue suitable

Even if it was at Downsview I wouldn't be thrilled. I'll hold out hope they somehow play BMO Field and a club gig.

Are they really going to go to the trouble of putting up the logo everywhere for a club gig? Makes no sense.

It's either BMO or Downsview Park. I really hope it's not Downsview, would much prefer a stadium setup over flat land with no proper facilities.

Quotebabyblue QuoteChristiaan New rumour for Toronto June 29, 2019!!! I just can't believe it. Toronto the good? That will be 17 dates. Is Vancouver next? Hmmm maybe just a rumor folks. Was a tongue spotted in Toronto. It pretty much has to be a show. Even the font used on the tongues spotted around the city is the tour font. BMO Field, June 29.

BMO field would hold approximately 40K with a full field of seats. It seems random to add the date, but is it possible they also play the Jazz fest in Montreal on early July?

QuoteMisterDDDD QuoteJeter1984 I still doubt they are coming, but there is more money in Toronto than every city on the current tour with the exception of New York. The last two shows in Toronto were among the highest grossing on that tour. Looks pretty likely that they're coming.. Also.. Love Toronto, where I'm sure there's plenty of well heeled Stones fans, but... Check

QuotePalaisRoyale QuoteKurt The Rogers Centre is the home of the BLUE JAYS and they have a home stand against the ROYALS... BMO maybe?! That would be one option. They could add seating. Budweiser stage or festival scenario also. Budweiser stage only holds 16k. The Stones would never play there anyway. Contrary to an article I read, BMO field is available that date. BMO Field wit

The final show in Chicago has a lot of great tickets available. With more than 4 months to go, prices are only going to go lower. That can be said for most of the venues actually, particularly Glendale and Jacksonville, wide open.

Glendale and Jacksonville are buyers markets. Not really a Stones issue, very few events sell well in those markets.

Quotevibrolux There's a whole lot of space around that octogon at the end of the catwalk. The seats nearest them have the lowest numbers, so it doesn't seem like they're likely to add more seats to full this in. Do any of you have any idea as to whether this area will be an extension of the pit? Those parts of the maps are not to scale. If someone is looking for a premium floor

QuoteJames Kirk Quotedaspyknows QuoteJames Kirk Seems to me that tickets are not selling well at all. I dont think that it’s because the Stones have fallen out of favor, but the prices for a stadium show are beyond ridiculous. Who in their right mind is going to spend $300+ per ticket for a nosebleed seat 3/4 of a football stadium away? Will they lower the prices at some point to get people in
