QuoteDandelionPowderman QuoteJumpinJimF No debate for me: You Got The Silver Which is one of the Stones' very finest (irrespective of vocalist) IMO. And, even though it's overplayed, Happy really is Keith's next best song. Honourable mentions: Connection Little T&A Before They Make Me Run Both are played to death, but they're so great that I'm always con

One of the first Stones albums I bought and still got a soft spot. When TY gets mentioned the music that pops into my head is invariably the riff from Slave. What a sound.

I'm right in the middle between 50 and 60. I had a portable cassette recorder. Bright red plastic, Sanyo I think. I recorded songs from the Top 40 radio show (BBC, Sunday evening) and was thrilled to get hold of a "5 pin DIN" lead that connected directly to my radio. No more background noise! A few years later when I had a reasonable hifi, but not much of a budget, I taped LP

Oasis are great fun. Especially the first two albums, plus The Masterplan (odds and ends). Derivative of course and don't take them too seriously though. The Suspersonic documentary was hilarious.

Crosseyed Heart - Goodnight Irene. Maybe sacrilege but I always skip this one. Otherwise the album is great. Bridge Over Troubled Water- Bridge Over Troubled Water. Paul Simon is a genius and I like virtually everything by S&G. Never really liked this particular title track though.

QuoteRockman GREATEST 45 RPM single ever ............. There is truth and wisdom in what you say, o Rockman Here's my copy. Seems to be a 1965er but not a rare one. More satisfying was that it only cost £1 in a charity shop a year or two ago.

Thoughts with the victims, their families and friends. Desperately sad. As a gig goer with teenage kids who are also regular gig goers it really hits home. But we have to keep going - we can't let the perpetrators win their wicked game. Like many on IORR I know Manchester well and the arena too. I was working in the city at the time of the IRA bomb in the 1990s and know that Mancunians a

QuoteHappy24 Quotegotdablouse QuoteHappy24 Strange that Amsterdam and Arnhem don't seem to have the Pit. They only have GA Standing and Premium GA standing, while other venues seem to have have 3 GA cathegories. They will probably add it. Not necessarily, in 2014 some venues had VIP/Pit, some didn't. Guess the Stones defer to the local promoter. I have just found it - if you click a
