While I agree the quality was down for a bit I believe it has gone back up the last few years. I just purchased a 2017 Les Paul Traditional. The finish and workmanship are great. It even came with a picture in the case of the guy who signed off on the check list doing some pick up adjustments on it at his work bench.

"Something New" by the Beatles. I believe their 3rd album. It was 1976 and and was 10 years old. I started out as a hard core Beatles fan but once I discovered Aftermath and Ya's Ya's in my older cousins record collection it was all about the Stones.

Wow, someone just enjoys the music. What a concept. Of course there is a difference. Bill was freaking awesome. His playing on any live recording you pick is stellar and in the pocket but Darryl is a great player as well. Very different but has monster chops and knows when to lay back. I try to not compare, just enjoy what we have.

Live in Texas. I can't get enough of it. I feel like the band was playing like they had something to prove on that tour. Wish I could have seen them on that tour. My 1st show was in 81 on the Tattoo You tour. Tumbling dice,far away eyes,miss and Star Star are great on the live in Texas CD.

I think that live at Texas is awesome. A bit of a rough start but then they are off and running. The band is totally hot. Not just the warhorses but Keith's playing on far away eyes is great. They seem to be enjoying themselves.

Midnight Rambler from Brussels Affair. It is perfect. Keith and Mick T are completely locked in together. Keith plays with such a ferocious pace and energy also his sound and tone are heavier on that set than most others.
