QuoteHardRiffin Never heard it before...a little amazing gem.Isn’t this proof he could write music.Mick could have taken this and added lyrics. The music could have been worked up more into a song

QuoteGasLightStreet Quotegotdablouse RSB sounds great and LBTS doesn't sound like the "dud" described in most reviews. Mick's voice is treated like on "Break The Spell" so that's a good start. Wonder who does the count in, Don Was ? So there are at least two count-ins on the album, after only one (Sway) in 60 years ! Eh, 1991.Mick counted in New Faces didn’t h

Keith is great ,but so far boring questions.Who doesn’t know they were named after that song. How about asking him if there is stuff left in the vaults and kinda be specific. How about asking him if he plays all the guitars on JJ Flash. How about asking him his favorite albums and live shows.

Keith isofcourse the riffmaster, but have Brian , Taylor, Jagger, or Wood ever come up with a riff for a song. The only one Ican think of is Brian on the Last Time.Bill also claims he wrote the riff for JJ Flash

QuoteStoneage The most talkative, and most fluent "Stone" was Brian Jones I think. Bill was also very easy to talk to. Keith is much better now when he's older. Sir Michael is up and down depending on his mood of the day and the interviewer. Usually though Jagger does the lion's share of interviews (sometimes all). That should be taken in consideration.Keith gave a good inte

Quote24FPS QuoteTaylor1 Didn’t Howard do a good interview with Mick Taylor I don't remember that. I remember Ronnie being in studio in the early 90s.December 6,1986 , Stern interviewed Taylor.I believe he told him his quitting the Stones was the worst career move in rock history

I don' t get why Keith , if he was best friends , would never see him again after what transpired at Nellcote.Wat difference does it make if Gram was lazy. He was not playing on Stones records.

Mick Taylor was not an adjunct player. He was a full member, who contributed greatly to some of their greatest albums. He also played on some of their best live performances

Mick Taylor was not an adjunct player .He was a full member who contributed to some of their best albums. Bobby Keysand Nicky made incredible contributions..Bobby from1969-1975 and then on and off from 1980 up to his death .He was the best sax player who ever played for them

Somg is great, but if this song was basically written in 1982, how is it a new song and any different than songs like Plundered My Soul ,which was written in 1972 but Mick then added to it in 2009?

QuoteJackda Who knows ? Maybe Keith has given himself a new challenge ? Trying to do as good as his own songs listed below, starting this time from Mick's "raw material" ? Rocker : Gimme Shelter, Street Fighting Man, Satisfaction, Tumbling Dice, Honky Tonk Women, Start Me Up, JJF, Love Is Strong, Happy, Connection, Before They Make Me Run, Heartstopper, Wicked As It Seems......

Quotebig4 All the people on here complaining about another album of Mick-written songs and Keith not very involved or involved enough, just getting one Keith ballad he sings and a rocker he doesn't. Are we talking about Goat's Head Soup or the yet-released Hackney Diamonds? Because everything y'all are saying just as easily applies to GHS.Actually , I think Some Girls Mick wrote mo

QuoteDeeGee Take "Sympathy for the devil" - clearly a Jagger-only lyric. Keith meanwhile concentrating on guitars and bass-lines. Fine by me. As a musician who composed songs with other musicians I must insist on pointing out that going into a studio with a - as it was written ealier - "pre-written" idea does by all menas not mean that this e.g. just a Jagger song. Black Sabbath. My brain is brought up that way. It´s like reading to me - there you go left...and to the right. Well, guess I´m gonna love this record anyway. Cool. I'm with you on that, somethin
