QuoteChris Fountain " they are offering rides from quite a number of cities in Florida to the Hard Rock Stadium to see the Stones in Miami. Even rides from cities on the Gulf coast to Miami - quite a distance. " Nope S. Florida is a banana republic, which has nothing to do with the USA. I'm trying to straighten things out here. Hi Chris, Could you explain? I am

I was wondering if anyone has had experience getting a shuttle ride to a Stones concert through a company called Rally, that I believe (from their postings) sets up bus ride shares to Stones concerts(and other events)? They appear to be offering shuttles rides to all the shows on this tour. For example, they are offering rides from quite a number of cities in Florida to the Hard Rock Stadium to s

Do you think it is ok to hang out there mid afternoon when the hardcore fans start to dribble in to strategize for positions in the pit?!

Thanks keefmick for explaining what the area around the stadium is like. Good idea to meet a driver at the Stadium Hotel. Once I figure out my plan, I will post it so that it may possibly help out others, too. Thanks again!

Thanks keefmick! Since my posting I figured out I could take Greyhound in the morning from Naples to North Miami for $30! That could solve the problem of getting to the show. But it sounds like that getting back is going to be the far more difficult part. I am not too familiar with Uber but I think you can arrange a pick up in advance. Maybe I would choose a time to be picked up when most of the

I am thinking of staying in Naples with relatives and taking an Uber/Lyft to and from the show on the day of the show. I believe the ride will be about 1 hour and 39 minutes each way. Would anyone in Naples (or along the way) want to join me and split the expenses? Also, please anyone can comment, is this a crazy idea?! Thanks.

I noticed that TM hasn't been selling any Start Me Up Packages (on Ronnie's side) for awhile. Could that mean that all the pit tickets are sold?

For the Miami show, for the pit (Ronnie's side) I have not seen any Start Me Up Packages for sale for days. Could that mean that that pit is truly sold out? (I hope not!)

Thanks Hairball. I thought that maybe New York was going to be considered the special show, but I think I want to go to Chicago (because I have seen the Stones in New York already - well Brooklyn at the Barclay Center and I have already explored New York and not Chicago). So since you and Mr. DDDD think Chicago is a good bet, that encourages me to go to Chicago! Now all I have to do is get some c

I hope people don't think this is a trivial warning, but I think people should be warned: if you are afraid of heights, you will be petrified driving on Highway 1 along the California coast. The views of the ocean are absolutely breathtaking but will be very hard to handle if you are afraid of height. The road is narrow and very close to the cliff edge. It seems easy (but probably is not) t

I have been to New York City a number of times but only to Chicago once for a short visit. I haven't gone there yet, but I would recommend the Art Institute of Chicago to anyone going to the Chicago shows. It is a world class art museum. The museum houses the painting American Gothic (the famous picture of the farmer with a pitch fork and his wife).

Thanks for the advice. I know what you mean about closing shows. Also, I think Chicago is a special place for the Stones, too, with its ties to the blues.

Hi, I will be coming from California. I am still hoping to get a reasonably priced pit ticket! I was wondering, the day after the show (Easter Sunday), I would like to go to Naples, FL. Is there an easy/quick way to get there? All the flights from FLL seem to go through Atlanta to get to Naples, which makes for a long flight. I hope to see you all on Opening Night!

QuoteTopi LQ: may I point out that the Ticketmaster fees vary a bit by venue, but the face value for pit tickets (look for "Standard Adult Ticket") is indeed $499.50. Hi Topi. I was wondering what do you attribute your success in getting $499.50 pit tickets? Do you think you have been more persistent, have a good method, or are just lucky! Stub Hub has stadium maps but they don't look accurate. For example, the map does not indicate where the stage is on the Levi's Stadium map.
