If they are selling tickets, it'll be announced Monday or Tuesday. If they are not, it wont be announced. They'll fill it with invited guests, including many celebrities that will look good on camera. Remember many of the crew are based in LA, so they could easily fill it with friends & family. The Media will tip it off as soon as one of them gets an invite. I have 2 extra

Yes, the Fonda, which hold 1200, will likely be invite-only, but probably sell some tickets to real fans to create a loud atmosphere for the filming of the show. An all celebrity crowd can be dead. Maybe a few hundred real fans down by the stage, and the celebrities posing for cameras in the back & balcony.

Sounds like you're paid by the Promoter to tease fans. Kinda pointless. If you're getting in but have nothing to share, what are you here for? They are going to do an invite-only show at the Fonda next Wednesday night. That's why they bumped Shakey Graves. It'll be filmed for a video or HBO special or something like that. They want lots of Celebs in the audience, so ob

You guys act like the Stones are boy band. they're in their 70's. they don't give a @#$%& who knows where they rehearse. Was it an issue in 2013, when we all knew? No! a few fans waited outside, 100's of yards away and just listened. Nobody was bothered at all. In fact Ronnie & Charlie walked out of the studio and signed autographs for fans on the sidewalk. So t

Yes, Brown Sugar or Bitch to signal its a Sticky Fingers night, or maybe JJF, if they do the Sticky Fingers songs all in a mini-set. Of course they don't always do what we want. That's party of the surprise.

Will Choirs be signing YCAGWYW again this tour? I remember one choir in Ohio said they were, but haven't heard of any others. You'd think we'd know of the San Diego one, as they'd already be rehearsing the song. But nothing's leaked here in SD.

If they do a warmup show in LA next Wednesday, which makes sense. They'll want to do it on a bigger stage then a small club, as they are rehearsing a stadium show, so Mick wants to get that feel. So a theater with a fairly large stage would be likely, especially if they are filming it for a video.

So this Rehearsal thread isn't giving us any info on the current rehearsals. Does anyone know where they are taking place, besides some studio in LA? Does anyone know what they are rehearsing? They have a huge entourage & crew, so somebody in LA has these answers. Please share.

There are lots of San Diego tickets available on Craigslist, and seem to be cheaper than anything offered on SeatGeek and Stubhub. So that's the way to go right now if you care about price.

Well our perfect ending is not likely to be the real ending. Like boxing, you like your guy to retire on top, as champion, but they rarely do that. They hang on for whatever reasons, and it fades out sadly. That's ok though, they have the right to fade out, like all those old blues artists who kept playing into their 80's. Do some small club gigs, acoustic sets. I think this

Why do the Stones come out of rehearsals and sign autographs for the fans listening on the sidewalks if its a big secret? They're 70 years old, they don't give a @#$%& who knows where they are rehearsing. They've got the best security in the business. We all know what songs they are going to do, that's no mystery.

Ronnie said he's flying to LA on Tuesday, so they wont start rehearsals until Wednesday or Thursday. I expect they'll rehearse about 10 days. They might go back to Burbank, which they liked last time, or since that covers blown, pick a new secret studio.

Well whatever you think of these 2 new songs, you're not going to hear them live again. They started to drop them on last years tour, and they wont be heard this year. They only do about 19 songs these days, and stadium shows have to be filled with the classic warhorses, plus the Sticky Fingers theme, and Keith has his 2 songs, that's 19!

Quotejazzbass QuoteNikkei Probably the stage is similar, but a different crew tests to assemble it. plus, the electricity in the states might require a different setup Yes, I assume production rehearsals as well. Lights, video, etc all needs to be in sync. The way they do the stages (I'm 90% sure) is they have 2 that leapfrog each other during the tour. Identical stages. it would be v

QuoteKeef551 Any whiffs of info on rehearsals or pre-gigs? Yes, the rumors are the Stones will arrive in the next few days in LA for rehearsals. Probably at same location in Burbank as last time. Some of the band have commitments into next week, so they may not all arrive at once. I would expect they'll rehearse for about 10 days. They'll do a tune-up gig in a club or small theater

Quotesteffialicia This info is for a person who does not have easy access to a computer/smart phone. I'll just make sure she's on the road early on Sunday to head down via the 5. Thank you for your suggestions. the concert is on a Sunday. If you come down Sunday morning there will be no traffic at all. All the return traffic will be Monday, Memorial Day.

QuoteNikkei Quotedrbryant A stadium dress rehearsal?? They do those kinds of things. It resonates in the empty stadium and can be heard everywhere. Here's a picture of one (BV took it in Abu Dhabi) Exactly! when you have a whole new stage, for a new tour, you have to practice on it and get in sync with the crew before the opening show. You don't do that for every stadium, but yo

QuoteFlyin5 I agree with all the talk of it being a Sticky Fingers Tour open this thing up with Brown Sugar just like the Album. And then it maybe corny and expected but I think the Stones should end every show from here on out with The Last Time. You guys are funny with all your fantasy set lists. If it's going to be a Sticky Fingers themed show, then Brown Sugar is the opener. I think

QuoteBluzDude If the Stones follow the same pattern as they did in 2013, then they will not rehearse on the weekends. If any of you are traveling to L.A. and will be in town the weekend of the 16th and want to do a meet-up, let me know. You're right, I expect they'll follow same pattern as 2013. They seemed to like that, and they are creatures of habit. I'm not sure they need 2

for all the complainers, prices are dropping. Right now you can get $39 tickets for Columbus. Not Lucky Dips, but just regular seats. This will happen in all the stadiums that have not sold out. So be patient, and keep checking the ticket links.

For all you LA fans, they most likely will arrive in a week in LA. Probably rehearse where they did last time (Burbank?). Also, they will definitely do a tune-up gig. probably a club or theater with little advance notice. Also, I think they will do a dress rehearsal on their new stage at Petco Park the day before the opener. Mick is a control freak and will want to test out all the logisti

Still reckon he is doing his dance moves in London area somewhere, and not Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia or Canada. The Tour is just about 4 weeks away and when Ronnie and Chuck do their gigs, rehearsals will be happening soon after I reckon. >< Yes, Mick's in England r
