The delivery fee was 20 EUR (or 19,99 precisely) for Germany at least. I think the time you need to fill in the code is crucial, too. As I could try it on my full PC, it was a better chance than doing it on a small iphone-keyboard I guess.

Tried with the App-Presale for 30 minutes, without anything in my shopping cart. After finding the AmEx link, I successfully bought two separate single tickets for Golden Circle + FOS Side A. Regular seating was available with AmEx for quite some time after that. The Golden Circle cost 172 + 28 = 200 EUR something .... (shipping to Germany)

Finally - only AmEx helped me in the end. Thanks for the link posted above, it was my saviour ;-) Managed to score 1 Gold + 1 Side FOS, so only one missing ... Good luck to all of you out there ... AmEx has only the regular Standing in the back still available ...
