Their messages are a little odd, yes. I was in the waiting que at 9:15. At the momemt that screen is completely white with nothing on it. I opened a different browser and it gives me a different page now. saying this is a waiting page.

Not sure. Ticketmaster works with a que well before the sale starts if it is a busy sale. Thats how I got my tickets for The Neterlands and Belgium.

What you can try is opening multiple browsers (cause each browser holds its own seperate que). I had 2 computers with each 4 browers on. This is absolutely ridicolous. I got my tickets. Got to last confirmation of the credit card and then it said I took too long to put the reservation out so it said I didn't have a reservation. Crapiest site ever...god how frustating :s Afterwards on the fifth time I got in I got an error after paying . "Ihre Buchung ist leider fehlgeschlagen, bitte kontaktieren Sie Support."
