The announcement probably was that periscope thing. To me, with all this BS, it seems like stones management must think we are all like a bunch of Justin Bieber fans. Seems they don't realize who their fan base really consists of. Maybe it's AEG trying to do somthing to fill these stadiums while the stones just go along with it all and cash the checks.

Members of The Who are playing a charity show at a smallish Theater in Rosemont IL. Tickets are surprisingly still available on ticketmaster. Many guest stars Including Eddie Vedder, Joan Jett, Rick Neilson and Joe Walsh. The show is tonight(Thursday, May 14th)If you are a fan and live in the area this show is a must. The cause is the fight against teenage cancer. See you there!

I think it must have been 1973 or 74 when I saw the Goats Head promo clips on Don Kirchner's Rock Concert television program - Dancing with mr D, Silver Train and Angie. Not sure if the "It's only Rock and Roll" clips were on then - so I assume it was 73. I was hooked. Hard to belive it was 42 years ago!

Well not sure about 2016 but I seem to recall a few hints the larger US markets are a possibility in the fall. If true this would be arena shows. My guess though, If they are able to cut through the South American roadblocks, then the band will head in that direction instead. Probably not both. However, I do think we are nearing the end. So my advice would be to see them now.

My observation is Keith is now concentrating more on his playing and less on The posing. At least this is what I took away from the 2013 shows I attended. The arthritis must be frustrating for him though and I assumed this is why he is concentrating more.
