No - it’s not at all an official blue plaque but at least a bit more of an acknowledgement than the previous miniscule sign

Let’s see how it sells - I suspect it might do quite well but we shall see. Lots of Chuck Berry tribute stuff in the air at the moment and a RS a very suitable person to be doing a tribute for it now Keith is probably no longer quite up for it

It’s really none of our business- work is work and private life is private life but it’s jolly hard not to be curious ! So I wonder if any of the Jagger clan there ? I do hope so.

Sounds as if it was a wonderful traditional wedding ( complete with Charlie and Ronnie and numerous extended family ) - what a lovely finale to the tour

I really liked rattle that lock and I think Gilmour ‘S stage show ( particularly with Chuck ) was very good indeed it’s all a matter of taste isn’t it ? As Keith Richards memorably said on the red carpet of the 2011 GQ awards when asked about male grooming .....

Huge news for English - won cricket World Cup at Lords from the very first time ( even though they invented the game ) at least delay means Mick and Charlie could watch possibly one of the most exciting matches ever

Curiously, This was the CD that got me interested in the stones in the first place - a Beatles Girl through and through until this. I’m not sure what it is about what it, because it’s very rough and ready - perhaps the sheer rage of songs like You Don’t Move Me Any More - which my daughter( in her teens - no interest in The Stones ) considered to be the absolutely ultimate break up song.

We shouldnt forget that Mick has a very good British sense of humour and would probably appreciate U.K. headline “ let’s mend the knight together “ (and lots of UK experts pretty optimistic about complete recovery today )

Good pre op training and post op rehabilitation in a fit man who is biologically much less than his age - with good luck , no reason for too much gloom about de conditioning - Let’s hope so anyway!

Ronnie had his cancer picked up in insurance check , tour postponed then back in action fitter than ever. Not such a big load to carry as Mick but no reason to panic just yet About whatever Mick needs to have done - just wish him well for a speedy recovery.

I guess it was always a risk for Bill Wyman if he put his head above the parapet with memoirs in this era - I’m surprised he wanted to rake over old ground, as he is now so happy with a new family and a more settled life. As we know, There were several famous rock stars who had a weakness for young girls. Some of my friends (now in their 50s and 60s ) who were in the London scene in their ea

Quote35love Quotechatoyancy Karl introduced Mick to L'Wren, after Goddess in the Doorway was released. Ah, so Jerry Hall IS the goddess in the doorway. Probably the doorway between the neighbors house he moved into and her side LOL! It was Sophie Dahl wasn’t it - she went on to write a Roman a clef the man with the laughing eyes or something

Interesting to hear an early version - it really does sound like a reflection on Performance - I always thought this song was about the mick/ Anita/ Keith triangle but this early version really confirms it. I wonder why Charlie liked it so much. He always has a soft spot for keith’s Ramshackle ballads
