Quotedaspyknows Not terribly interested but think about it, how about the Stones do a 2023/2024 update to one of their great albums. A 2024 version of Exile or Beggar's Banquet or Sticky Fingers. Would be more interesting than a "new" album that has been rumored for years. They would have to be doubles to cover the slower tempos these days. Also, as much as I like Ronnie, a Ron

QuoteHairball Not sure if it's been mentioned, but for the double vinyl edition of this Dark Side Redux, there's a brand new 13-minute original composition on side four. Do you know the title? I'm wondering if it's "The Bar", which was performed on the latest tour.

QuoteNankstone What an incredible concert in these beautiful city of Prague - specially food & beer (by the way - the location had only little flair, but the sound inside was fabulous). The most special moment for me was when Buddy took a trip into the audience. My place in row 1 (left block) was right at the end of the steps leading down from the stage, he came right up to me and we had

QuotePaddy I wonder if after this run of solo dates he will head out with POTR like he did in 2019. Didn’t Micah mention something about “maybe going out Neil” a while back in some interview? If you haven't listened to it, I highly recommend Particle Kid's (Micah's) recort from last you "Time Capsule". There's a bit too much of it but it was 1 of my favorite record

Quoteroryfaninva Not planning to go but....you'd think they'd bring Bernie Leadon along and even forgive Don Felder and let him come too..no slight to Vince Gill or Deacon Frey but neither are members of the original or classic lineups... The History of the Eagles tour show I saw was excellent. It was towards the end og the tour. No Felder but still great. Joe Walsh was mind blowing.

Quoteyorkshirestone QuoteDGA35 Quotecrholmstrom QuoteElmo Lewis IMHO, Working On The Highway is one of his worst songs (and, yes, there are some other bad ones, too). Born in the USA is far from my favorite Bruce record. The on that grates on my nerves is Bobby Jean. Conversely, I love Bobby Jean! His farewell to Miami Steve. Each to their own - born in the USA my favourite Bruce album and

I listened to night 1 & it wasn't bad. I'm going to have to miss the show here due to health stuff & accompanying finacial stuff. Show seemed kind of short but I've seen that with Neil solo shows before.

Quotekovach Good lord, are they trying to kill the poor man? That's a lot of dates! Old school work ethic. He's been doing it most of his adult life. He's doing one last payday. I'm going & it wasn't cheap. I was dragging my feet but my friend bought us tickets. He always puts on a good show.

I was supposed to see Social Distortion the first weekend of July in a club. Unfortunately, Mike Ness was diagnosed with tonsil cancer & the band postponed the tour & new album. The good news is the cancer was caught early & Mike's prognosis is good. So now my next show is Buddy Guy on August 10.

QuoteVoodooLounge13 And I’m just the opposite I’d rather pay to see him solo and especially if acoustic. I've seen Neil as much as the Stones (20+ times) over the years going back to the late 70s in all sorts of guises. I've seen some great solo shows but solo acoustic shows these days kind of put me to sleep. Everyone has their own Neil definitely.

Quote24FPS QuoteJimmyTheSaint I listened to the broadcast from Cornell on the 8th and I don’t think they could have sounded any better. Talk about damning with faint praise. I wonder (sort of) if they brought in a drummer who can keep time.

Neil Young is an expensive old guy now. $180 for decent seats, no band. Maybe I'd pay that for Crazy Horse but solo I'm going to take a pass.

The drive is too much for me at this point but if you were up for it I would highly recommend the venue in Bend OR. It's the best outdoor venue I've been to. Holds about 8,000 & was designed super well. I went there for NIN last summer & would go there again if I were able.
