had something similar on another forum not long ago the answer is to leave the thread alone and bump every other thread so that the offending post at least gets relegated to the second or third page where it's slightly less likely to be seen.

in the last seven days file factory has seriously increased it's speed for free users (there is still a wait time between downloads) so at the moment a file factory links is as accessible in terms of speed as wetransfer is. I just downloaded a near 2gb file factory elsewhere in 13 minutes. (and no it's nothing to do with traffic share).

try abbreviating file names. i've had hundreds of files on workupload over the last few months and had no problems. if i was going to upload for example falo's anaheim matrix i'd name it something like RSAN021199fMAT

most likely a traffic issue - do you know how many times any of the files had been downloaded before? There seems to be a lot of copying and pasting of links going on on various chatboxes, blogs, forums at the moment so links might be appearing in places the original uploaders know nothing about.

thanks amarant. anyone having problems with mega it's definitely not just you. I've seen a few posts on various boards this weekend. The last few times i've used it i've had a warning from chrome that mega is wanting to store something extra on my machine.
