Quotefranzk Quotecamper88 5. Honey I miss your two-toned kisses. (or is this an example of #2: is it two-tongue?) I think it's two-tongue. The entire line is: Honey, I miss your two tongue kisses, legs wrapped around me tight. So to me it's a reference to 69. Always thought it was "two tongue kisses" my self. But I might be wrong about it.....

Wow, that BS really rocks! Can you please tell me what is so good about this version? To my ears it's a decent version but a tad too slow and a bit lazy sounding

QuoteBowieStone QuoteJohnnyBGoode Any Blackberry Smoke fans? I've been playing their new album non stop last week. Very catchy stuff. The new album is probably the most played album in this house the last month. A very good album indeed!

Quotedcba Quotegibsonman being sued for stealing your own song? Epic!! It could have happened to the Stones with "Must Be Hell" (1983) and "Soul Survivor" (1972). Maybe we fans who bought "Undercover" should start a class action against the band? Is it too late to let justice prevail? >< Or "one more shot" vs "street fighting man"?

Interesting video Wonder if you have to admit to have stolen from other songs or if it's just enough that a song is similar to another song/ melody to get you convicted? I mean if you make a song without knowing it has been done before, is it considered a crime?

I watched Graham Norton show last night with noel gallagher doing a performance of his new song. I think it is called "The ballad of mighty I" or something. Although I did like the song I couldn't get my mind from thinking it had some parts that is very close to the Beatles track "things we said to day". Making new songs is hard without doing something that has been d

QuoteStoneburst IMO, Keith's tone on the last tour was much better when he was playing his Juniors on Rambler, Bitch, Satisfaction etc than with his Telecasters. He clearly prefers P90s for songs where he plays solos, and I can understand why - he sounds far clearer and more aggressive. A good P90 into a cranked tweed is a glorious, glorious thing. P90's are real rocknroll pickups imo

video about the guitar. Seems like a nice guitar to play. Although that is hard to say only by looking at pictures and videos. ..

Making a list is almost impossible for me. And it will change from time to time. Let it bleed will probably go as the best any time. Then when I listen to voodoo lounge for the first time in a while I will often think that is a great one. And the same with Tattoo you, Aftermath and Exile and so on... But then again I tend to listen more often to LIB than to Dirty work. So some will always be more

The Oslo rehearsals last year comes to mind first. Great hearing the band rehearse and meeting other fans there. That was a great week! Also beeing fos at the show was great. Then meeting other fans before the first Hyde park show (2013) and the first O2 show (2012) made good memories. I also have good memories from when I listened to my first Stones albums in my room and trying to learn t

Quote71Tele Quotecrawdaddy The only good bit about Crufts is the dogs competing against each other in the running jumping and fetching, that most dogs love to do. That is really good, but the judging of dogs to a textbook write up of what a perfect dog should look like,I just don't agree with. Inbreeding is commonplace and owners go to extremes to make them look like the judges think t

Quotemelillo history of the eagles is a great DOC and highly recommended Agree!! Have seen the documentary a couple of times and really like it. Not a big Eagles fan, but I like some of their music and find their history interesting. The boys sure can sing, and Joe Walsh is one fine guitarplayer who has lived life like a true rocknroll artist...

One of my favorites! Pretty sure ER was the first Stonesalbum I bought, and this song is one of the best from the album. You simply can not not like the guitar with the slapback delay! A true rocknroll song with great elements..

I'm not a very good singer. And I do not often remember lyrics. But one song I remember the lyrics to is sympathy for the devil. So this is the song I have been singing for my kids while changing diapers and when they are going to sleep. Guess I only have my self to blame if things go very wrong when they get older....

QuoteMartinB I seem to be the only one who likes Keith sound in the last tour. But I do. Even the O2 concerts were great (sound-wise), and the 6 European gigs I have seen in 2014 were fabulous. Raw, dirty and meaty. Yeah, the 355 is a bit clinky, but otherwise Keith remains an example how the make to most from the simplest possible set up. I also did like his sound on this tour. But especia

I guess they get the urge for playing something different out of the system during rehearsals. And when playing with others. When on stage with the Stones, playing the big hits, I bet they get a kick just feeling the reaction from the audience. Otherwise they would not have been on that stage playing....

Mistakes is just the beauty of live music. Thats real rocknroll. I prefer a musican who plays with his soul and heart rather than a musican who is on stage to show his fine technique and flawless playing. And when you play from how you feel the music right there and then, well then you make some mistakes. But, the mistakes in start me up HP shows, may be in a part of a show where you don'
