Deep down Ginger didn’t hate Jack. As Ginger’s daughter says in her book, Jack loved to wind Ginger up and Ginger always took the bait. I was at the 2016 tribute to Jack Bruce at Shepherds Bush Empire, at which Mick Taylor played. Ginger was helped on to the kit (he was very weak) and he said that he is here but Jacks isn’t which is very sad. Ginger was clearly moved by Jacks death.
