Jesus H BLoody Christ God....we've had enough....again Let it rest. If you MUST, take our musical heroes in a more orderly fashion. This has been just one after the other. I am tired of it Joe Cocker. A great. A BLOODY GREAT. That voice. Those mannerisms. The one, the ONLY, Joe Cocker. Gone. Never to be forgotten RIP Joe and sincere best wishes and condolences to his family and f

Quotebuffalo7478 At best, a pile of mostly throwaway songs. The only real original sound to me was the song ER. Though they tried to add reggae, pop, punk and blues, it all sounds contrived. This is 100% correct. It's just....contrived....you are right! No other word for it. Even the album's artwork is cold, like much of the music contained on the record.

QuoteMaindefender The great news is we only have to wait 3 months for this release!! If it's equal in content to EOMS It will be fun. Plus the marketing machine should crank up in January(hopefully David Fricke) and we'll get some juicy details......and then another 3 months for Keith's solo album. Hire do you know it's only 3 months away?

The reviewer is deaf, though I admit that emotional rescue is not my favorite record by the Stones by a long shot. Tried too hard to be... Hard.

How can there be two sell outs in Perth if the total number for the two shows is 26923? An odd number is not divisible by 2! Our was one show a sell out with 13462 and the other with 13461? Why was the one seat difference in the selling capacity of the two shows? Just bring cheeky...

I know Springsteen has been VERY active touring over the past 3 or so years, since the passing of his long time sax player Clarence as he, in his words, can see the light on the front of a train approaching down the track... His own mortality. The dreadful passing this week of both Bobby Keys and now Mac may bring that into sharp focus for the Stones too. Even at... ahem .... their age, I hope

Frankly it's been a fairly average year for new releases. I LOVE Springsteen.....I had High Hopes for HH....it is patchy, not a best by a mile. In the end I think I have to give the nod to either Ryan Adams self titled new one - a bit louder than his norm, a bit grungier...a BIT...or Lucinda Willams' Down Where the Spirit Meets the Bone. Great southern rock I loved Tom Pe

Don't get the dislike of this either. To me it is similar to Play With Fire, Out of Time, As Tears go by and/or Ruby Tuesday. It's just a Stones ballad isn't it? With the word 'awful' in it, that heaps of people seemed to have latched onto as a form of disease... But that's just my take...I like it, nothing wrong with it.

QuoteStoneage Newly awakened. 06:45 here in Sweden. 15 minutes to go. Have a great experience everyone there. Colonial, BV et al. I wonder which tune they are going to start with? Colonial Boy, maybe? Given Colonial Boy is an Australian song, I highly doubt it would get a run in NZ...AND I WOULDN'T have wanted it here either! Rod Perth

Quoterebelrebel It's hard to believe that it could all end in the near future when they're playing like this and on the other hand it's incredible that they've come this far. Thank you, Rolling Stones! This is EXACTLY how I feel. I have been a HUGE fan for, now, over 50 years (I AM 60). Have seen them in all their iterations EXCEPT with Brian Jones. VIVIDLY recall the 73 W

QuoteEddieByword Quotebv To be honest, I think this is the last tour. They might do shows later on in big cities like London, NYC, LA, but let's be realistic about this. There will not be that many world tours after this one for the Stones. I think most will agree with that, I mean, even this one is scaled right back compared with A Bigger bang tour so.......... As you're the man w
